How much longer EA can keep Tapped Out going is up for debate. But what isn’t debatable is that there are plenty of buildings in the rich history of The Simpsons universe still not in our little game. We present to you TSTO Addicts’ Most Desired Building Bracket Battle.
Like last year, we will create a Bracket of 64 beloved buildings we believe would bring a smile to your face, have great tasks, could make for an awesome event, or simply be a nice idea for a new Friends Point prize. Unlike last year though, you will have a huge say in what buildings make the cut.
We have selected 96 buildings organized into eight thematic conferences. We have chosen four to get automatic entries into the Bracket. However, your votes in the polls below will select which four buildings will join them in each conference. Those 64 buildings will then battle each other in six rounds of head-to-head match-ups, that we hope produces the most debate in the comments below.
Over the next two weeks, we’ll have two polls every fourth day, by which you’ll complete the Bracket. After that, every Friday over summer, we’ll post that week’s match-ups and your votes will determine which buildings advance to the next round, until we’ve crowned “The Most Desired Building” on Friday September 1st.

Three that I vote for from each category made. I voted for the Taylor House and Shell Shack but they didn’t make it. Honestly I don’t even remember the shack lol. Anyway I think Ye Old Off Ramp Inn is going to edge out the competition.

Out of the houses I picked three that won and of the businesses only one of my picks made it.

I have to say, that was my biggest surprise from poll 1. Granted all 4 that made it are awesome choices too, as is Chazz Busby. But I thought Donnie would edge out Quitters and join the other 3 in winning.

I think I’m confused as well. I don’t have the option to vote for all that are listed. For example Snugglers Cove is not an option.
In each conference, 4 buildings were automatically assigned the top 4 seeds in the bracket (Snuggler’s Cove being one of the top 4 seeds in its conference). But those top 4 seeds will face off against 4 buildings that you select out of 8 other buildings in round 1 of the bracket battle in a couple weeks. So basically you’ll see Snuggler’s Cove in a head-to-head matchup against one of the top vote-getters from the 8 buidings vying for a spot in the bracket.

Allegedly, Hal Roach Apartments have been dormant in the files since 2012.
I would vote for Ye Olde Off-Ramp Inn only if they actually designed 2 lane roads and the building itself featured an actual off ramp of sorts that branched seamlessly off the road (maybe an elevated road?). It’s nice architecturally, but without something like the above it doesn’t quite work.
Honestly I’d love to see more brick & mortar buildings like the Village Apartments to make an actual downtown setting more realistic in feel.

I do not understand the seeds. What are their purposes?
They determine who will face off against who in the actual Bracket. So the 1st seed will have a round 1 matchup against the 8th seed. Likewise the 2nd seed will face 7th seed, 3rd will face 6th, and 4th will face 5th.
