So… while I feel bad for not writing this post yesterday so it was all set and ready to go up right at midnight EST, I did not want an important day to go by without the folks of the site finding out it’s officially an Addicts holiday. Blame the lateness on this fuzzball’s penchant for waking up at the crack of noon but it’s time to celebrate. That’s right… it’s International Alissa Day!!!

I don’t think we all appreciate how hard she works at a site that has stayed strong for almost four years all about a silly mobile game. She’s one heck of a person and deserves only the best. Today is the day for us to just let her know how amazing she really is. Hopefully she’s neck deep in ice cream sundaes right now.

I do have a long-standing tradition of forgetting birthdays, so one day late is actually pretty good for me. My husband, parents, siblings, friends don’t even complain any more when I congratulate them a couple of days after the fact. And don’t even get me started on anniversaries and some such…
