Time Travel Toaster Prize Guide: Egyptian Era, Prize 1 Banana Leaf Windmill

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Hang onto your toasters my friends because we’re going flying through space and time!  The latest event in TSTO has us going wayyy back in time to when Dinosaurs roamed the earth, Pharaohs were building pyramids & Pirates hobbled around on their peg legs!

This Event is broken up into 3 Eras, with each Era containing part of the story.  To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act.  Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event.  For the second Era, Egyptian, you’re tasked with collecting Papyri () to unlock each prize!

The First Egyptian Era Prize awarded at 9,900 is the Banana Leaf Windmill, because even the Egyptians needed something to drive them crazy during mini golf…

So let’s take a closer look at this first prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…

Once you’ve collected 9,900 you’ll automatically be awarded the Windmill and you’ll see this message popup:

And you’ll have the option to place the windmill in your Springfield or store it in your inventory for later.  Remember if you store it you’ll have to go into your inventory to retrieve it (and you won’t get Tachyon credit until you’ve placed it)

That’s it.  Just place and move on…

And here are the quick details:

Size: 3×3
Tachyons When Placed: 608  (Remember you have to PLACE it in your Springfield to get the Tachyon credit.  You won’t get credit if you store it in your Inventory and never place it…after placed and Tachyons are paid out you can store it without consequence)
Earns: Nada for now.  Just a decoration..but who knows.  I’m sure one day EA will bring it back as a premium item and throw a bonus % on it…
Conform-O-Meter:
Vanity +100
Other Info: Can be placed on the grass/pavement/beach/boardwalk/dirt/pier
Animation: Animated when tapped, windmill blades spin..

And there you have it, the details behind the Banana Leaf Windmill, the first Egyptian Prize!

What’s Next?

ico_stor_single_freelandtokenTechnically the Free Land Tile is next….awarded at 18,200, but since that’s not a tangible gift for Springfield (just a free land space) the next prize we’ll cover is…

Tuts ‘n’ Tots Elementary- Awarded at 30,600.  This will be the next prize we break down in the prize guide post.

What are your thoughts on the Windmill? Safe to assume you’ve unlocked it by now?  Where have you placed it in your Springfield?  Sound off in the comments below, you know we love hearing from you!

  1. Banana Leaf Windmill –
    Thanks for the Tachyons
Thanks for not being an NPC
    Thanks for being Interactive
    Thanks, and now into Storage
(a shame we couldn’t craft Pyramids)

  2. It fits with the Treehouse if you have it. Hide the base of the windmill behind the watermill and now you have a “floating” windmill.

  3. To me, this was the worst prize so far. It will most likely end up in storage at the end of the event.

  4. Sorry to sound ungrateful EA but the windmill is lame. The ONLY thing I genuinely wanted, and got, was moe’s cavern. Fingers crossed for the third era.

  5. It’s nice! 🙂
