This event, as all events do, has introduced a few new premium characters to the mix, and naturally the new premium characters come equipped with their own questlines to work your way through. So let’s take a look at the premium character to hit our game during this Era, Pharaoh Skinner and the Turbo Tappin’ version of his questline…

Unlocked the step pyramid & skin for Willy this morning, it really feels like it’s been a long hard old slog. A one point thought I wouldn’t make it. Hope others fair better with this Act 😊🇬🇧
I missed baby trex and moes cavern as couple days late starting. Now I’m 10k behind Sphinx with 2 days 7 hours remaining and I play 4-5 times a day. If I miss out again this game can get stuffed. Never spending any money again

I’m still waiting for Dr Nick but the French Waiter was in the vault for me this week so I bought him, figured it was a good enough deal.
It’s in my vault too! Torn between saving doughnuts for 4th July, pirates act, and buying the jet bike! Might see how many doughnuts I have by next Monday evening and decide how many to spend.
I won Grounskeeper Seamus and the Notre Dame cathedral in that mystery box thing. Happy I got that. But he doesn’t have a 24 hour task?! Why?! Same thing with another character, I forgot his name, he’s an old man from the Wild West event. I don’t know why there are some characters that are missing regular hour tasks.
Did you play his quest line all the way to the end? Sometimes that will unlock additional tasks. My Seamus has a 24h task. Or maybe you don’t have the building? I think he needs the prison for the 24h task, and O’Flanagan’s Pub for the 4 &12h tasks. Gummy Joe doesn’t have a 24h task in my game either, though.
When I was visiting my friends Springfields, when I would tap on the Pharaoh’s, I did not receive any specimans or papriyll’s. I only received Friends Points. Anyone else have this issue?
I haven’t had that problem it my be because you can still get friend points but your name caught my eye its my Mothers maiden name : Carol Ann Smith.
You only get a certain amount each day and then have to wait 24 hours. When in the friends area, click the “i” icon and it will tell you how many Papyri you’ll get for friend actions.
I’m now about a day behind where I should be for scrolls according to the calendar. I don’t know how to make it up. I’m doing visits, digging, making stuff. Doing daily quests.
ATTENTION EVERYONE. This comment has nothing to do with the post but I need others to try this glitch I just came across and tell me what happens.
I was placing the only two “braziers” (they’re like fire torch bowl things) I have and it just let me place more at no cost what so ever. I tried it many different ways. I put them all back in storage and placed them again and was able to continue getting more. I put only one in storage then placed it only to be able to get more at no cost. Stored 2,3,4, so on and so forth. I started with 2 braziers and now I have over 40 🤣. If anyone has the opportunity to try this, please do and let me know if it worked.
So it clicked in my head it’s probably the bundle that’s glitching. Every item I own involved in the ruins bundle I can multiply at no cost what so ever. Everyone try it before it’s fixed!!!!!!

I had the catacombs, ruins and braziers from previous events. It still worked for me to get more braziers and ruins, but did not work for the catacombs.
I also just thought to add that I did not purchase the bundle. I had all the items from a previous event.

Braziers and ruins multiply, alas the catacombs (200$/12h) not 🙁

Thanks! Great tip! Got me some more braziers and lots of ruins. The ruins are one of my favorite items in the game. I had crafted 4 during the event but I had a design in mind that could use more. And now I have them…

Remind me again as to why “your” Splash Screen differs from mine. I NEVER have little Homer’s running across the bottom and today I don’t have ‘Blackbeard the Pirate’.
And yes, I bought the outrageously priced skin early one morning before I was fully awake.
And yes, I completed his Quest Line. Like finger nails on a chalk board, so are my days with a list of awaiting tasks hanging on the side of my game.

Splash Screen depends on the device you got. I have Blackbeard on my iPhone, but no Blackbeard on my iPad. Probably due to different screen formats. And the little Homer is a special Addicts addition – like Alissa said, they’re special 😉
Some good animations…just not sure where I’m gonna put his chair.

If it wasn’t for bad luck, I’d have no luck at all when it comes to mystery boxes. With the St. Pattys, Wild West and Medieval versions, I’ve had to buy every item just to get the one item I really wanted. Lame.
So … I bought Mayan Marge, and I’m sure this has been answered, but how do I kick off her event tasks?

Sorry, you can´t. Only Mayan Homer can start it. And you need mayan calendar too, if you want to complete the questline.
Or you contact EA or wait until some day EA make Mayan Homer avaliable again.
Lots of reports in that her tasks will not kick off without Mayan Homer. Hopefully EA will fix this by either offering him in store for purchase or awarding this skin to those who have mayan marge.
Otherwise all tasks for her will remain locked. 🙁
You can’t. EA forgot to offer Mayan Homer. It’s the Ice Castle all over again.
You need Mayan Homer…who is not available…EA’s version of April Fools! (In June)
