Time Travel Toaster Prize Guide: Egyptian Era, Prize 4 Orb of Isis

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Hang onto your toasters my friends because we’re going flying through space and time!  The latest event in TSTO has us going wayyy back in time to when Dinosaurs roamed the earth, Pharaohs were building pyramids & Pirates hobbled around on their peg legs!

This Event is broken up into 3 Eras, with each Era containing part of the story.  To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act.  Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event.  For the second Era, Egyptian, you’re tasked with collecting Papyri () to unlock each prize!

The fourth Egyptian Era Prize awarded at 43,000 is Orb of Isis, because every event has at least one of those “what the hell am i going to do with this?” items…

So let’s take a closer look at this fourth prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…

Once you’ve collected 43,300 you’ll automatically be awarded the Orb of Isis and you’ll see this message popup:

And you’ll have the option to place the school in your Springfield or store it in your inventory for later.  Remember if you store it you’ll have to go into your inventory to retrieve it (and you won’t get Tachyon credit until you’ve placed it)

It does come with a little bit of dialogue once placed…here’s a look at the dialogue:

Lisa: Oh my goodness – it’s the Orb of Isis!
Homer: Eh, you seen one, you seen ’em all.
Lisa: Dad, it’s four thousand years old.
Homer: What does it want, a medal?
Lisa: Why are you being so blase in the face of archaeological wonder?
Homer: I ‘unno.  Makes me feel like a big shot, probably.

And that’s all there is to it….

Here are the quick details:

Size: 2×2
Tachyons When Built: 608  (Remember you have to PLACE it in your Springfield to get the Tachyon credit.  You won’t get credit if you store it in your Inventory and never place it…after the Tachyons are paid out you can store it without consequence)
Earns: Nada
Conform-O-Meter:
Vanity +100
Other Info: Can be placed on the grass/pavement/beach/boardwalk/dirt/pier
Animation: Animated when tapped.  Looks like this…

And there you have it, the details behind the Orb of Isis, the fourth Egyptian Prize!

What’s Next?

Technically 1,000 Specimens is next, at 51,300 , but it’s not a tangible prize for Springfield, just additional crafting currency.  So the next prize we’ll cover is…

Sphinx- Awarded at 66,200.  This will be the next prize we break down in the prize guide post.

What are your thoughts on the Orb? Safe to assume you’ve unlocked it by now?  Where have you placed it in your Springfield?  Sound off in the comments below, you know we love hearing from you!

  1. Orb of Isis

Ok, it’s animated ….. but like the crud offered up during prior Easter Event(s)? This Decor is getting stored (no Bonus %, XP, $ – why is EA being so chinzy with the Event Prizes this time? It doesn’t make a Tapper want to play!) 😮

  2. Hey does anybody have any thoughts on if the medieval mystery box is worth it? I don’t have any of the items.

  3. Am I the only tapper with Old Gil trying to attract my attention?
don’t know what he’s trying to sell me because I like to ignore him

    🇬🇧😁

    • Gil is selling a combo…an Opera House and new character Mozart (who looks like Bart, but is a stand alone character). Actually pretty nice, but expensive (as usual).

    • I got a Gil deal too. Mozart and a musical hall or some similar building. I like Mozart, and I would get this deal, but the character looks like Bart, just like the episode where it comes from. If it was an actual Mozart, like how we have some presidents in the game, then I would get it. But it’s basically Bart dressed in 18th century clothes.

    • It’s another one of his 7 day deals. This time it’s for the Consent Hall and Mozart.

    • I’d definitely ignore him this time around, too…

    • He plays the piano with his butt, then picks it up and plays with his teeth. That animation’s gotta be worth something to someone…

  4. The animation is nice 👍

  5. Wish this orb played the song from the episode. Its still cool to have👍😊

  6. Wow track 2 prizes are pretty lame the last is just a skin for willie not a new character like they did with caveman moe
