In-Game Update just hit our pocket-sized Springfields…NOT a major event that requires an App Download. No this is like another mini-event. Short, sweet and something to hold us over until the next “major” event.
Going through everything now myself, so I’ll update this post with more as I get it. But for now know that you’ll have an initial task with Fallout Boy for 1hr.
Also, can I just say…Superheroes? Again? Really? Come on EA. Once was awesome. Twice was ok. But three times? Really? This isn’t Weekend at Bernie’s….
At least it’s a mini event…and it looks like some fun additions were added..

Ok first let me start with this is NOT, I repeat NOT, a traditional Mini Event. Instead this is more like and “old school” TSTO update, that those of us who played the game for years will fondly remember. It’s a new questline (short, only 5 parts) and a bunch of stuff in the store. Some new, some old…almost all premium.
This update runs until July 30th. What does that mean for what’s next? I’ll cover that in another post, but I’ve got a lot of theories….
For now here’s what’s included in this update…

One more note…IF you have Dr. Lenny’s Lab and/or the Spooky Campfire out in your Springfield, you will get 2 quests that popup. One for Mr. Burns (Lenny’s Lab) and one for Bart (campfire). If they’re not out they won’t popup.

Is it worth getting Radioactive man if you dont have Kane manor? Tossing up if to get 2x Jet bikes instead of radioactive man or kane manor or save the sprinkles im not really into Halloween tho i jumped onto the Hollow Snake Trunk 60 sprinkles get 50 back for 2.25% bonus im now at 122% im lvl 125 only 67 sprinkles basically a freenium player
I think I’m about to cry. T_T Thanks to my internet I missed the Wildlife Sanctuary in the MDG/Thanksgiving update. That of course made me missed Bigclaw and obviously the Homer animated jobs. My questions: Do I get Bigclaw and the jobs if I buy the Sanctuary now? If not (which I think is the answer) has there been a case in which the game re-releases those types of animated jobs (that you get from prizes) if you buy the necessary item(character/building/decoration)? I wouldn’t want to spend my donuts now just so EA releases Bigclaw (and hopefully the jobs) later at a lower price.
I hope you can help me decide soon before I rush to get the Sanctuary or pass on it. THANKS! 🙂
With this update it seems my Dr. Colossus has lost his one hour task. Anyone know what gives with this? I don’t even remember what his one hour task was but I know he has one.
His 1-hour task was “Mope” and no one here knows why it’s disappeared, though I suspect it was just a coding error.
