Ah yes, Superheroes are temporarily back in Springfield, in another attempt to fend off evil! Naturally our stores are packed full of premium items just tempting us with those sprinkles!
Of course with that limited-time label it can be tempting to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add the Pies and Explosives Pile to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this explosive pile…

Earns: 0.75% bonus on cash and XP

Pros
-Animated when tapped. Pies explode and reappear…pretty amusing IMO
Cons
-Terrible Bonus %
-No questline or dialogue associated with it.
Final Thought
Premium/Freemium:
It’s a decoration. Nothing particularly awesome about it, nothing particularly bad about it. One of those..if you like it grab it items. But if you’re on the fence, Pass. The bonus % is terrible, and there are far better items to spend those donuts on. So if you’ve got a place in Springfield and really want it, grab it. Otherwise pass and save those donuts for something better down the line.
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do…and as I premium player I can tell you I’ll likely be passing. No matter how delicious those pies look & how fun the animation is. But whatever you decide, just make sure you make your final decision before it leaves our games for good (or for now).

I’m fed up with everything good costing donuts, my game is so lame due to being unable to buy premium items.
I cannot afford to put money into the game to buy donuts. is there any plans to let those that love the game get hold of premium items using fame money earned or just by giving them away free once an event is over.

Otherwise, no. What’s premium stays premium and to get donuts (aside from the above, and the couple of in game games) you’ve got to pay for them..

Got the van but passing on this. Have no idea how to display it as my town is very OCD. The sort of decoration that would end up in my storage, never to be seen Again like the escalotor, sun sphere and between a Rock and a Hard Place, and other stuff.
You can always sell stuff like the sphere & escalator for decent game cash if they’re just sitting in your inventory. I’ve pretty much gotten rid of most stuff in my town that doesn’t pay out anything (unless I really like it) & I resold lots of stuff. All those big, expensive, non-paying things (can’t remember what they’re called) have a fairly decent resale value. It’s not what we paid of course, but I didn’t even realize they could be resold. Aspiration items is the term I believe you are looking for. As for resale value, all resale value is 25% of the price you paid.
Does it make any sense to farm with those? Not sure what the XP-payout is upon completion, but it is usually a tenth of the cost, so should be pretty decent. And it’s not as tedious as building KEMs every four hours. 🙂
The building takes days! You had better use the Bloodmobiles or Rat Trap Delivery Trucks. Those don’t have any building time.
