BGM is a huge wnt for me! but as a premium player I have only so many donuts. The only characters I want more than BGM are Troy McClure & Lionel Huntz.
Is there any chance those two could be introduced you think? or should I just get BGM while I can?

I would get Bleeding Gums. Very unlikely any Phil Hartmann voiced character will join.
okay but why would they have to be voiced? Krabbapple is in the game right??
Krabapple was brought into the game before Marcia Wallace died, before they retired her character from the show. Troy McClure and Lionel Hutz would have to be after they were retired from the show, after Phil Hartmann’s tragic murder suicide. Not really a fair comparison.
Have 212 donuts but can’t decide if I want to spend 165 on BGM, I have the sungazers and missed out on Otto, really expensive for a costume, really difficult making decisions these day,
There were 2 start dates of this game. When it first came out the server problems caused EA to take the game off the market. Didn’t realize they consider the start date today.

I saw the message but nothing about donuts or free items, and I thought they didn’t give us anything.
As I was tapping, I realized my donuts went up. By 5.
I guess it’s better than nothing…but for a 5-year celebration, I feel like they given better free stuff for less. Oh well.
I bought Sungazers & Otto – Finally got Rockstar Maggie on my third attempt with the mystery box thing (got Clampitetre & Sideshow Bob first – can’t even use the Bob costume as I don’t have Bob).
Wish I’d read posts first saying not to bother with the questlines till after the event! I’ll keep that in mind from now on.
Quick question – I’ve been playing since around May this year so I’m kinda new (Level 100). I just bought Overpass Diner with Jewish guy & the crashed bus with Gina. These characters don’t seem to have any questlines. They just appeared & haven’t asked me to do anything. Is that normal for these two characters or is it something to do with the event going on?
Maybe the kick-off character for Gina is Bart playing at the pop stage? I remember both had their own questlines.
Bought sun gazers and rockin Otto. Together they are keeping me on track or ahead.
Will the Sungazer Tour Bus be coming back? For some reason I thought it was available during the entire event, so I didn’t buy it right away, and then suddenly it was gone.
Sometimes they bring them back at the end of the event.
Did we get some donuts today? I seem to have 5 that I can’t account for. Anyone else??
I think my count jumped by 5 after the 5 yr message, but not completely certain. (Got my monorail 5 last night and 3 from Find Maggie today, so I’m pretty sure today’s change wasn’t related to those.)

You’d think that following the notification of a 5 yr and a day anniversary there’d be a free item, maybe a new item in the store, fireworks even?! Most. Anticlimactic. Update. Ever.

I bought both of them and so far I have seen them as great buys (Especially the Sungazer Tour Bus), they have really helped me boost ahead of the calendar schedule
