For those of you who watched Addicts Live last week, you’ll know that we announced that Safi is now part of the Addicts team!
You may know Safi from the comments, as the creator of the Bracket Battle Challenges (you’ve all come to love) and even more popular, the writer behindt he super crazy detailed Kwik-E-Mart Farming post (free donuts anyone), as well as a host of other posts (he’s been writing guest posts for us for years now)! He’s definitely detail orientated and totally into the stats and math behind the game!
We’re incredibly excited to have Safi join the staff more regularly and help out when he can! So be sure to pay Safi the same respect in the comments you would any one of us!

Congrats Safi from a fellow Canadian. I do believe the vast majority of my extended family is somewhere near your neck of the woods in Southern Ontario but I might be wrong in that. Anyway… The promotion is very well deserved. 🙂 I hope you feel better soon! Little kid germs seem to be worse than just about anything for knocking the grown ups around said kids flat on their butts in my experience. My nephew got me good last summer.

What a perfect addition to the team! We are so lucky to have you as a me moderator, but I don’t know whether to extend congratulations or condolences to you, lol! I missed last week’s Addicts Live, so this was the first I had officially heard of this (although I suspected you had been given moderator privileges to approve posts, but wasn’t 100% sure). I’m very pleased to hear this news and your “promotion” from member to moderator is extremely well-deserved!

Based on he increasing contribution over the past few weeks, I suspected this was coming.
Maybe the closest I’ll get to Addicts Live now is rolling down the 401 and DVP from Whitby to meet Safi in person (after the cold is done….).

I’ve been looking at what neighbours are doing to decorate their event area (with non event items) …..the best ones I’ve thought of are for the rock stage……the large gargoyle statues, and the flying bats ….anyone else got good ideas?

Unfortunately no meet up for me. I waited one day too late to get my ticket. Had I gone though, it would have been horrible, as to top things off, I’ve been sick since Wednesday evening when my nephew passed me a virus. Been in bed all day yesterday afternoon, evening, and thus far today. Runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, dry cough, fever, muscle aches, headache, and sinus pain. Where is DrTyler?
