What Does It Do?: Decoration, floats in the air…but like all “flying objects” it’s tethered to the ground so it doesn’t really go anywhere.
My Opinion On It Now: Meh there are better items you can buy for less donuts and the same bonus %. Pass.

Item: Walk of Fame Star
Cost:5 Donuts
Earns: Nada
What Does It Do?: It’s a walk of fame star. It does nothing. It sits there and looks star like.
My Opinion On It Now: It was originally free, but it’s 5 donuts. If you like it get it, but don’t go too crazy on them. 5 donuts adds up quick and these suckers are tiny.

Item: Inflatable Gorilla and Baboons
Cost:30 Donuts
Earns:0.75% Bonus on all cash and XP
What Does It Do?: Decoration. They’re inflatable, not real…so they just kinda hang out
My Opinion On It Now: This one is fun because it’s classic. In that I mean it’s from the very first TSTO Christmas (in 2012). So not a lot of people have it. So if you’ve been eyeing it in a neighbor’s town pick it up. Otherwise, take a pass.

Sorry, but for now I am full up…added a couple people at the beginning of the event and they filled my last 3 spots. I’ve seen calls for the gorilla to return for so long, but I just don’t understand the appeal. I wouldn’t know what to do with it.
To be honest, I’m not sure what to do with it either. But I still wanted it for unknown reasons. 🙃

I’m considering the Inflatable Gorilla and Baboons, as I have never seen it in the store, probably as I missed Christmas 2012.. I already have the Opera stuff from Tewilligers Event, and I passed on the rest, I’ll probably pass on the Baboons too. Just have to wait and see what comes for Act 3. If there isn’t anything, I’ll get the Baboons when the Last Chance is up or just start saving for Halloween

I did buy two Opera Seats to replace them for Squidport benches. So much more Opera.
I’m assuming from the shadows of the graphic that the Inflatable Gorilla and Baboons sits on the ground. It doesn’t float in the air like other inflatable decorations, right? Is it animated (waver in the wind)?
Yes it moves, almost like it’s floating just inches off the ground. There is also a red blinking dot on the first monkey’s.. umm, rear.

It does indeed sit on the ground so no strings like the other balloons. They do bob up and down a bit since it’s still a balloon afterall. The front baboon even leads the way with it’s blinking red derriere.
Thank you both for elaborating on the decoration. If I get it, I will have to bring back my annual Thanksgiving Day parade this November to my Springfield because this is a natural for it.
