Strange thing happened this morning Friday, my game was logged off, when I logged in it says my other device didn’t save, I haven’t used my other device for a few days, started game in my other device and it says the same???, fortunately no game progress was lost, tapping continues as normal😓😓😓😓
Happened to me all the time with my previous devices. I never got a response from “support” but never lost anything either, so I just chalked it up to a glitch. It hasn’t happened on my new device….yet. Hopefully it won’t!
Sorry I have to vent. I’ve had a terrible week in the world of Tapped Out. I logged in Tuesday to find that my level 939 town had reset to Level 1. Not cool, but after a call to EA they were able to restore it (to the day before so I lost a day of progress on Act 3 but oh well) and promised me 50 donuts for my trouble. Great! The problem is that when I finally logged in, the only donuts I had were the 50…the 390 or so I had saved up for Jay G and other items were gone. After numerous emails with EA, they say they can find no record of these donuts and refuse to do anything about it. Not even an apology from them…just a statement of fact. I guess when it’s our word against theirs, they win. I’ll call back to support to see if it can get escalated to somebody who can help, but right now I just don’t have the energy to deal with it. I just had to get it off my chest to some people who would understand my frustration.

I only started playing in March, and so I haven’t seen a Halloween event yet. I read that people are saving their donuts for Halloween. Is there a lot more to buy in a Halloween event than in others?
Usually…hard to tell since they flipped to this kind of update. But yes…usually Halloween is the big event if the year.

Prefer the Christmas event, saving donuts for that unless the Halloween event sees something I want and I have a Hugh Halloween area and town already, Christmas village needs more attention happy tapping😎😏
I wouldn’t necessarily say there’s more. I think Halloween is an event that many players look forward to each year and they want to be prepared for it.
And don’t forget Black Friday…

My thoughts go out to you guys caught up in the storm in Texas & New Orleans.
We are lucky in GB that although we can have stormy weather it is nothing like the extremes that you can suffer in the States.
