Homerpalooza Prize Guide: Act 3 (Hip Hop), Prize 4 Rappin’ Bart

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Put another dime in a jukebox and grab your dancing shoes, because Homerpalooza has arrived in Springfield!  Yes, the biggest music fest to hit our pocket-sized Springfields since the Singing Stones is live and rocking on our devices!  The latest event in TSTO has us feeling the beat as we experience different genres of music…with a little Weird Al thrown in the mix!

This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Acts containing part of the story.  To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act.  Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event.  For the third Act, Hip Hop, you’re tasked with collecting Bling () to unlock each prize!

The third Hip Hop Prize awarded at 83,200  is Rappin’ Bart, because you can’t do the Bartman without him…

So let’s take a closer look at this fourth prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…

Once you’ve collected 83,200 you’ll automatically be awarded Rappin’ Bart and you’ll see this message popup:

And you’ll notice you won’t have an option to store him.  This is a SKIN for Bart, so it’ll just apply directly to Bart.  Plus, you’re going to need it to complete the Act 3 questline…so storing it severs you no benefit.

Once placed in Springfield you’ll see his character unlock message popup:

And he’s part of the Homerpalooza Hip Hop 2017 Character Collection…

Rappin’ Bart does come with a questline, and here’s a look at the Turbo Tappin’ version of that questline..

**Hold Off on doing his questline until the event is over…no rush.  You need Rappin’ Bart for Jam sessions and the Act 3 questline***

And he does have the ability to jam…

What’s Next?

Technically 600 tickets is the next prize, awarded at 109,500 , but since that’s not a tangible prize for Springfield (just some extra crafting currency).  The next prize we’ll cover is…

Manager Cletus and his Monster Truck- Awarded at 146,000.  This will be the next prize we break down in the prize guide post.

What are your thoughts on Rappin’ Bart? Safe to assume you’ve unlocked him by now?  Enjoying his jams?   Sound off in the comments below, you know we love hearing from you!

  1. I have the hip hop stage but it’s not the building they want I guess. It does take me to the stage. But I can’t do the job. What more do I need ? Please help lol

  2. What building do I need for the make Bart rap angrily job? Thanks.

  3. Help please. I thought I had finished the main quest line as I was earning Bonuts so didn’t send characters on tasks until after the event finished. Now I have a task to send Rappin Bart to Rap Angrily but the task is greyed out and says “Requires Building”. Any ideas how to get around this?

  4. Rappin’ Bart – just another Character Skin (yawn) and you’re lucky if EA makes these Character Tasks earn at a Premium Rate ! Wish these were more Visual Tasks vs Hidden (does he have 2 Hour Go See Movie Task ?) 🤔

  5. This skin should be premium, I don’t have one for Bart yet and had hoped this would be.

    • Me too 🙁

      • Prizes awarded from events are never premium… at first. After awhile the skin may be offered to purchase for donuts. When it is, it becomes a premium skin no matter how you got it in the first place. As an example I got Kung Fu Comic Book Guy as a reward from the 2015 Tap Ball event. In 2016 he became available in the Springfield Games Mystery Box. Ever since then he was a premium skin, even though I got him for free.

  6. MydadlookslikeFlanders

There’s vomit on Bart’s sweater already, mom’s spaghetti

  7. I probably won’t use this skin much as I have a few premium ones to use instead, including the Kamp Bart skin I recently got with Kamp Krusty.

  8. Don’t waste any more lawyers on me….I’m at 145,000 so should have the last prize sometime before the weekend is over.

    Thanks again neighbours

    🇬🇧😃

  9. I completely forgot to finish the main quest line once I got him, and I just kept sending him to jam. Doah! I was wondering why I wasn’t getting bonus donuts. Now, I’m all up to date.
