County Fair 2017 Prize Breakdown: Fair Pavilion

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

It’s nearly Fall in Springfield and of course, that means it’s time for Fall Harvest!  Nothing says Fall Harvest quite like a good old County Fair! A nice relaxing way to slowly bring Springfield back to normal after the crazy music fest!

Remember, this event is designed to follow a series of tasks via the questline to unlock prizes.  For each of the parts of the Pride and Pageantry questline you’ll have to earn  via various character tasks in order to unlock the prize for that part.

  1. I’m a bit disappointed that Little Miss Springfield is yet another silent character/skin. Is this going to be the trend of the game?

  2. I just earned the second prize, Lisa’s outfit, and was immediately awarded the decorations as well. Have I just benefited, rather than suffered, from a bug?

  3. Nice to get another country styled building, the Crazy Cat Lady now has another spot to overpopulate with her cats and iguanas 😂 (Also populated by cats and iguanas: Italian Villa, Samba School, Filthy Angels Orphanage, and Hunting Supplies)

  4. This may be an odd place to make this comment… but I’d actually like it EA would let us see the raw numbers for our Conform-O-Meter ratings. This building is just one of many, many *many* items to add to Vanity… so I would imagine my Vanity rating is somewhere in the stratosphere — whereas other ratings might be somewhat… ahhh… less.

But maybe that’s just too “geeky” for the average tapper.

    • I agree with this, seems I have so many vanity items, that I’m beyond vain. 🙂 There are a lot of items that are listed as vanity, that should be treehugging I noticed. Least on would figure a gold plant is still a planet, even dual conform-o-meter options would be nice. i.e. Palm tree -vanity 50 treehugging 50.

  5. I like the little details of having the lamb from “Lisa the Vegetarian” and Bart’s cow as barn residents. I don’t know if the horse is from the show – Princess was already released during the Wild West event so I don’t think it is here.

  6. Is it worth the donuts to buy the Cheddar barrel combine?

    • I bought it for the look and am totally pleased.

    • The price is slightly inflated for the bonus it gives you, but not too much. If you like the look of it, it’s probably worth getting.

    • I think so. Not as good of a deal as a rocket jet engine or some vault items. But doughnuts per %, it’s still better than most. Got this and the paralyser, think they’re both a good deal.

    • I bought it because I like it, at 22.5 donuts per % increase. Some vault items can go as low as 10 donuts per % increase. Buying mystery boxes is less than 10, depending on the “string” a 100 donuts to start with can end in 6 donuts per % increase, or 9 donuts per % increase plus Lard Lads.
