Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
Fall has arrived and there’s a haze over our Springfield’s, that can only mean one thing….it’s Halloween in our pocket-sized towns! This year EA’s thrown a little magic into the mix, with an Angelica Button theme invading our towns. We’ve got beasts to battle, creatures to capture, wizards to wand wave and goblin gold to gather! Quite a few alliteration altercations huh?
Of course, it wouldn’t be an event in TSTO without some premium content. And for Act 1 of Halloween, your premium character of choice is Angelica Button. Not only does she battle beasts, but she has her own questline to quest through. (ok one alliteration too far perhaps…)

I bougt her right away! Could I finish her questline until the last task (Read her fan wiki), so I can get 50 event currency over and over? Hope my question is clear, sorry if not….
I bought her right away lost her same day thank you for the help EA gettting her back to my town . If you have problems then EA will work it out

I got her for the event, even though she’s not necessary to complete it. I just like having new quests and dialogue. 🙂 I have to say though … storyline and dialogue with her was pretty weak. Another character who just wants to go to Springfield Elementry like a normal kid? Deja Vu much?
Wooo if you use the Office of Unemployment and send everyone on the 4 hour task, they all (well, most) go on the Congregate task of Buttoncon pt. 2. Quick money! I think it will be a while before I send Angelica Button on her pt. 2 task.

Unlocked the Unicorn last night.
Please do a post where we can vent about these terrible “updates”(ie patches). Just for halloween I have counted 15+ of these. I live way out in the country now and each of these updates take close to an hour to download.
Most people use the weekly Addicts Open Threads (that goes live Sunday mornings) to vent and share their frustrations.
I got Angelica Button. Got the wizard unicorn a few days ago. Finished the quests for both. Now getting Treestache filled with white mana. Yep, Angelica makes an easy event even easier.

Pt2 – congregate ?
Just about everyone.
I am still battling and enchanting monsters so haven’t done the quest line yet… but I can’t stand open quests! I assume this one can be left till post event if neccessary? 🙂
We are both suffering from this at present!! Got a Martin, Lisa and Unicorn quest I need to remove…
They’ll probably change event currency to the usual premium hourly payouts, but I’d be amazed if they cancelled the questline.
I’ve got 4 beasties WANDering free so Angelica is getting on with her quests, Martin, Millhouse and Bart are back at the railyard while Lisa keeps learning about dragons for another 50 wands in 4 hours over and over – although I may send Bart to prank Skinner, do 2 mages pt4 then send Bart back to the railyard and have Lisa getting 25 wands an hour.
Up to you, but I received wands for her quest line so it may benefit you to complete it before the end of the event if you want the extra event currency. Up above where it says “earns 40” and “earns 50,” is where I got that many wands.
My mom and myself both picked her up and we been mixing her quest line in with the monster battles. Love the building and going to fit in with my academy when I can build more of it after crafting more walls and the gate.
