Unlike other Mystery Boxes, this one is purchased with tokens. Everyone is given one free initial token. After this, in order to purchase additional tokens, one must spend real life cash.

1 token is a bargain for most of these items…except for items that were originally free, as getting it for free is the best deal…but still 1 token is a fair price for most of the items at least. So my thoughts are, if you have something in there you really want…give it a try. You’ll likely get something worth it. I will personally buy all the Character Mystery Boxes available to me first, as 80 dounts is a great deal for a premium character in my opinion.

I had complained about my game being frozen on the Gold Box screen, and getting no help from EA. Today I went ahead and spent the rest of my tokens, and lo and behold, that fixed the problem. I wish the EA people could have told me that 5 days ago. I bought quite a few items I liked from the boxes and a few I did not care about, but they were all a bargain, which makes it worthwhile.
