Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

The Simpsons are back this week with an all-new episode! Which will be a total relief to Miss Riley…as all I’ve heard for the last week plus is “I wanna watch Simpsons!”. What will happen in the new episode? Will you be watching?

It’s officially December! Have you decked the halls yet? We’ve been all decked out for a week now, absolutely love having the tree up!

The TSTO Addicts App has disappeared from the Canadian iTunes App Store. Does anyone know why or who I should contact to fix this?
My iPad crashed, and when I went to reinstall my apps on the new one, I was told it was only available in the US.
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everybody! I know, I rarely have anything to say on Sunday. I do however, have things to say during the midend of the week. I am back in the game. I thought I’d be back for Halloween but it was disappointing. I’m back for Christmas, not super exciting but not disappointing. At least they are trying to make TSTO great again!
On a different topic, my friend and I are hosting a Friendchristgiving on Sunday! It’ll be at her apartment because it’s only for girls and I can’t make my husband go away for a day. I am very excited good friends and good food, there’s nothing better! I am super excited because I rarely do anything.
Never Ending Update Downloads
Is anyone else experiencing this? For the past month, almost anytime I open the game I have to redownload the entire thing, verify my age, and re-login with my email and password.
I’ve been playing this game for several years now and never seen it this bad. I will sometimes have to redownload the game within five minutes of the last download.
I’ve contacted EA and they said they are aware of the problem, apologized for the inconvenience and added some donuts to the account.
I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app several times to try and fix the issue, but it hasn’t helped.
I’m playing on an iPhone 6 with the latest iOS and over one GB of free space. Has anyone found a way to avoid the constant redownloading of these “updates”

My best friend’s kids have started playing Tapped Out and I was going to get them some donuts for a Christmas present. What’s the best way to go about it? Amazon gift card? Can I link my account to them for a one time purchase?
I don’t know if it’s still the case, but, back when I was buying donuts, I airways bought them via my Kindle, because you had to buy them using Amazon coins and they always sold Amazon coins at a discount (and frequently gave rebates on top of that). But I don’t know if they still work that way…
Recently I was all fired up to change my Origin Avatar – the little picture in the Login box that’s currently a silhouette of Bart. So I asked around, got several responses – thank you, Alyssa! – saying how it _should_ work. Finally I got what seems to be The Answer: this feature is broken!!! I posted about this in the Answers HQ TSTO forum, and got a response saying basically that:
1. this used to work for the responder and her friends
2. it no longer works for her _or_ them
3. so it’s a bug! (but a really minor, not game-affecting one…)
So I reported it in the Bugs & Issues forum. Now I can ignore this silly issue and get back to my (simulated) life! 😉

Since we’ve had a little downtime I’m redoing my “Las Springfield” area. I’ve managed to get a fair bit of it looking the way I’d like but last night I hit a wall. Total tapped out design drought. Thank you so much for the archives on here!!! Found the “Springfield Showoff” post in seconds. Amazing!!!! Thank you! I’ve never had the nerve to submit anything to the posts but I’m definitely grateful to all of you who do and to our hosts for giving us somewhere to show off.

Since the last (huge) update, I can’t zoom out as far as I used to… I’ve searched for an explanation here on the site, but haven’t found any. Am I the only one with this problem? Is it related to the upcoming christmess event? Any info would be appreciated.

Does anyone have Winter/North Pole designs they are particularly proud of and would share? Asking for a friend.
I’d love to see some great ways to use the winter stuff when there is no snow. I have used marshmallow trees and cement to approximate snow, but it doesn’t beat the digital real thing.

Short answer: dozens and dozens. There were a few episodes with Mark Hamill in them. I can’t post links but Google “The Simpsons Archive Star Wars References” for all the references.

Hi All. I was so wanting the Christmas event last week, but then I was glad to not have it this weekend, as I spent it in Safi’s fine city for a hockey tournament with my son. With that behind me, bring on the snow!!!
I’m doing a TSTO Advent calendar. I buy one Winter Wonderland Mystery Box each day. Probably should be saving the donuts for better buys when the Christmess event begins, but it’s seems like fun at the moment.
It just disappeared for me 🙁
