Welp, it’s just after 6pm here on the east coast (although just after 3pm at EA HQ) and still no update. Either EA is still working on getting the update released or they’re doing the ultimate troll job on us. We’ll have to wait to see which one it is….
Meanwhile, I’m still here, checking away…so I’ll let you know if/when I see anything.
Just checked again…as of 6:10pm ET no update. Hang in there, we’re all in this together…
Just as I predicted … dinner time in Las Vegas is when I got the update for the Android devices 🍽️😀

Right now my padular device is without battery and store access, yet Bluestacks shows a new splash screen and gives me the option to uninstall rather than update which will probably have changed as I finish typing.
