Yes, there’s no denying that it’s officially Winter in our pocket-sized towns as the 2017 Holiday Event blew into our towns with a major cold front! Of course, while the town is frosty cold the store is hot, hot, hot…and loaded with new premium items just tempting us to spend our sprinkles!
As we all know, that limited-time label can tempt us to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Full Disclosure: You guys know how much I love this time of the year & this event is loaded with really good content, I do intend to purchase every single NEW premium item available. So I’ll do my best to provide an impartial view…but odds are it’ll be a little biased because I think the content for this event is phenomenal.

This one doesn’t do much & unless you really love snakes you should pass. Of course, I purchased it anyway…but I’m a sucker for Christmas stuff. Even if it’s just a red Rudolph nose shining through a snake.
Of course, in the end, it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do…and as I premium player, I already told you, I picked it up. But whatever you decide, just make sure you make your final decision before it leaves our games for good (or for now).

I thought about the name far too literally for too long. Snake eating Rudolph? I looked at the picture and thought “no it’s a Rudolph eating snake.” Totally looked past it being descriptive 😂
Lol – another case in which hyphenation is the key! “Snake-eating Rudolph” would have meant a Rudolph that eats snakes. Without the hyphen (or if the hyphenated phrase had been “Rudolph-eating snake”), you get what we got.
Not my cup of tea…have Lumpy, a couple snakes from whacking day, 2 lizards and a few dinosaurs roaming my town already. My reptile quota is filled😜🐍🦎🦖🤪.

It’s nowhere near as good as the snake with the kids (was SO happy when I finally got that sometime earlier this year!), but I got it anyway. Meh. Not saying I want my donuts back, but, if you’re tight on donuts, I’d skip this one.
Can be placed? Wait… This does not slither around the town like the other snakes and come to the boom boxes when you tap them. I was thinking about buying this. But not if its not a snake like the others.

you know, i originally thought this was a rudolph the red nosed reindeer that ate snakes.

A tad disappointed with the decorations that don’t do anything in this event. Prob would have gotten this and the Santa plane if they had any sort of bonus. Even a half percent each. Something. But 90 donuts for nada? Pass. I’ll save it for premium characters/building combos.

I was hoping it would be an NPC like the snake with the kids in it from Whacking Day (which I don’t have).
Disappointed no bonus but it looks great in my zoo next to the reindeer enclosure 😂

I picked it up right away since it’s got the twisted humor I appreciate from the Simpsons’ stable. I think it’s fun and especially like that the SFX for Rudolph’s nose is the same as the namesake’s cartoon special.

Apparently…yes. It is possible however that the Bonus % was attached to Rudolph and disappeared in the digestive process.
