Just a reminder that Act 1 of the Christmas/Invasion Before Christmas Event…Ends TOMORROW December 19th at 0800 GMT (3am ET).
Once the Act 1 is over you will no longer be able to earn Battery Prizes for free. So get everything you can before it’s all gone! (but remember to keep earning batteries if you haven’t unlocked all of the prizes because the closer you get to unlocking the next prize the lower the donut cost would be should you need to purchase it when the next Act starts…)
Crafting will STILL be available in the next Act.

I can’t remember which of the beginning-of-event posts this was mentioned in, so can someone just remind me of the total number of Funzos one’s town can hold (including the bank), so I’ll know when to stop tapping them in preparation for the new act tomorrow?
It doesn’t look likely that I’ll hit another round of bonuts, so if like to leave the maximum for tomorrow; however, I want to tap any that won’t carry over, so as to get the crafting currency and wrapping paper from them.

Actually, I’m reconsidering this decision…if I tap them today, I can do at least one more round of the regifting machine and possibly get more ice (since I haven’t gotten all of them from the second round yet). And, since I’m not worried about being able to complete act two (especially since I have Lisa and Bart’s elf skins, which I gather will help in act two), maybe I should keep tapping Funzos today, at least until I reach a multiple of of 90 (doing remember how many I already have, so, either 90 or 180).
I’m sure there’ll be more ice in the Re-gifting machine for Act 2….
so i am wondering, i have 400+fun RFunzo ALREADY. Will they carry over to the next Act?

1 = 18 mins so 10 = 180 mins = 3 hours so 80 = 24 hours

What ! So we are still going to be tapping the little blighters. Getting a bit monotonous this part, we definitely need more to do.
Like the prizes though.
I got Mrs. Kodos Claus and the Fireplace on Saturday so currently trying to get at least 1 round of Bonuts, while I am currently on level 8 crafting and still getting a few more prizes from the Re-Gifting Machine on the second round. Overall I am really happy with this event though there are a few things I wish EA could of added to improve it which are: permanent tasks to the new buildings, bonus percentages with the new premium decorations and an easier way to find Funzos in friends towns.
Should i spend all my Robo funzos or save them for Act II?

If my timer is correct act 2 will start here tomorrow at 7am, I have 3 daily challenges saved and the next one will start at 8 am, I hope, I have over 200 wrapping paper saved for the re gifting, so fingers crossed to a good start to act 2
Hoping for new land to become available. With all the free land tiles we’ve gotten, I’m betting we’ll get new land available to us. I’m wondering if there will be a lot of large items in Act 2 that we’ll need land for and EA didn’t want us to over decorate new land with Act 1 stuff so they held off on it. Just a guess. I have no idea about new land being available. Just hoping.
Does it look like the gift wrapping prizes will change? I hope it is still gift wrap, I have been saving for two days.
Will magic 2×4 and paper remain. That is, do I have to use up my paper balance in regift machine? Thank you for your help!!!

So I finished a few days early and have been saving up my daily challenges for 450 batteries. Now, all 3 of my daily challenges windows are full. What happens tomorrow? Does one of the windows disappear and get replaced? Should I do one of the challenges to keep an empty slot? Anyone do this before? Thanks!!
No you won’t get a new challenge until those are cleared
AFIK, If that includes today then I think Tuesdays task will appear once you claim them but you can’t bank days and get 2 or more tasks added tomorrow.
I stopped doing my daily task yesterday. That way, tomorrow I’ll have an empty slot for a new one.
I’ve also stopped tapping Funzos (today’s daily task was to tap 40 for 450 batteries) and holding off on the regifting machine. I just got 5000 batteries for bonuts, so I’ll just let my Funzo bank get full to give me a little boost tomorrow 😄
I haven’t saved up my daily challenges…I didn’t think about that. I did save up the wrapping paper after I got my bonus.
I have X-ed out my 3rd challenge while 2×450 batteries already waiting. Would have taken any wrap task instead but today it’s been 3 donuts 🍩 🤗

Assuming that those daily challenges have batteries as rewards, they should roll over tomorrow to whatever the Act 2 currency will be (that’s happened in the last few events). Claim them tomorrow, and get the initial boost. If you complete the tasks, don’t worry, just wait to claim them until tomorrow.
If all 3x of them are 450-battery challenges, then don’t worry about it. They’ll switch to the equivalent Act 2 currency. Unless you’re hoping for the extremely-low-odd donut daily challenge, leave it alone.
And don’t worry about completing the challenges. Leave them un-collected and they’ll still switch upon Act 2 activation.
