Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
Just a friendly reminder (since we announced it over a week ago) that the next Springfield Showoff, featuring your Christmas designs, will be next Tuesday, January 2nd.
So finish up those designs and grab some screenshots of your town…just make sure to send your submissions in by about 8pm ET Monday January 1st, can’t wait to see what YOU have come up with.
You can send your designs in two ways…either post a link to the image in the comments on this post or you can email them to us at TSTOAddictsblog@gmail.com. We won’t be pulling images from anywhere else, so please if you want to be featured either submit in the comments below or email your images to us.
IF you Email your submissions please put Showoff Christmas in the subject line, and make sure your photos are in JPEG or PNG format..please. Also, be sure your submissions are in on time.
Note: PLEASE try to limit your submissions to only 1-2 of your favorite screenshots. We like to try and let everyone showoff their town but it becomes difficult when some of you are sending in 7-10 images. Pick your favorite areas and send them in (or if you stitch photos together, that works too). We’ll try our best to get EVERYONE in, but please understand that sometimes we miss a photo or two. If we miss you one week, we’ll try really hard to make sure we get you in the next week. You’re always welcome to showoff your town, at any time, on our Flickr page. We know a lot of you have awesome towns that you want to show off, but please try to stick with this week’s theme. Remember, this isn’t a contest. There’s nothing to win. It’s just a fun way to showoff your town and get some design inspiration from your fellow Addicts. 🙂

I may have to redo what I’ve done. The spaceship worked great where I first had it. Now that it’s crashed. It doesn’t look right. Wish they would have left the option to toggle facades
I agree, & the tasks for battling it too.
This one may be too difficult to do, since there’s been so much stuff, and so much different kinds of stuff, that I have the new stuff spread out in several different parts of my town. It may be easier for me to just did a video tour again…maybe with narration this time!
Looking forward to seeing what everyone came up with. Mainly because, while I like my area, Im not in love with it. So I might try stealing something .
Same here, I should have an awesome town with all the time on my hands, but I keep changing everything so much that it just looks a mess most of the time lol

Ahhh that’s soon. I was holding out to try to get as many free land tokens as I could before doing any serious designing. Guess I better get to it.
