Bart Royale Prize Guide: Act 3, Prize 6 Water Baron Burns Mansion with Water Baron Burns

Ohayo Original Outstanding Optimistic Outlands Onlookers,

(Today’s post is sponsored by the letter “O”)

Looks like we’ve got ourselves a Mad Max tribute on our hands! Bart Royale has found its way into our pocket sized Springfields! This apocalyptic event hit our devices and it’s full of Homergeddon inspired decorations, buildings & characters!

This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story.  To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event.  For the Third Act you’re tasked with collecting Gas Cans () to unlock each prize!

The sixth and final Act 3 prize awarded at 63,700  is the Water Baron Burns Mansion with Water Baron Burns skin, because who doesn’t need another Mr. Burns skin!

So let’s take a closer look at this sixth and final prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…

Once you’ve collected 63,700 , you’ll automatically be awarded Water Baron Burns Mansion and you’ll see this message popup:

And you’ll have the option to place it in your Springfield or store it in your inventory immediately. Remember if you store it, you’ll have to go into your inventory later to retrieve it.

The Water Baron Burns Mansion is a building with a four hour build time that earns $200 and 20 XP every 12 hours, and improves your Indolence rating.

And that’s it to the Water Baron Burns Mansion. Not much to it… but here are some quick facts about it:
Size: 14×11
Conform-O-Meter: None
Where Can I Place It?: Grass, Pavement, or Dirt
What Does It Do?: Earns $200 and 20 XP every 12 hours

In addition, the Water Baron Burns Mansion also comes with a Water Baron Burns character skin for Mr. Burns. You will not have an option to store it alone…it will immediately go into Springfield on Mr. Burns when you place the Water Baron Burns Mansion.

And he’s part of the Dystopian Fighters Character Collection:

Water Baron Burns does come with a questline, which will start right up for you once you’ve won him. Here’s a look at the Turbo Tappin’ Version of the questline:

Hydration Ostentation Pt. 1
Mr. Burns starts

Make Burns Remember Where He Hid Fountain of Youth- 8hrs, Earns $275, 70xp

Hydration Ostentation Pt. 2
Mr. Burns starts

Make Burns Hydrate- 1hr, Earns $70, 17xp

Hydration Ostentation Pt. 3
Mr. Burns starts

Make Water Baron Burns Flaunt Hydration- 4hrs, Earns $175, 45xp

Hydration Ostentation Pt. 4
Mr. Burns starts

Make Water Baron Burns Get Dried Off With Smithers- 2hrs, Earns $220, 54xp (requires Smithers)

Neither Water Baron Burns, nor his questline, earn any event currency. This questline will remain after the event is over.  So there is no rush to complete it…

And here’s a look at Water Baron Burns’ permanent tasks:

Task Length Earns Location
Hydrate 1hr $70, 17xp Outdoor/Visual
Flaunt Hydration 4hrs $175, 45xp Outdoor/Visual
Buy and Empty All the Water Bottles 8hrs $275, 70xp Kwik-e-Mart

Again, Water Baron Burns will not help with the event and his questline can be done after the event.

And there you have it; the details behind the Water Baron Burns Mansion with Water Baron Burns skin.

What’s Next?

That’s it for the Act 3 prize track. Now just waiting for the event to end.

  1. I got the manor but stored it but now I can’t find it in my inventory 🙁

Thanks for the post. I was surprised to read it was a stand-alone building, not a skin but at least I was prepared when I received it a couple of days ago. I’m not sure what I’ll do with it once the event is over as my mansion areas are both full, however I really like the integration with the mansion garden pieces discussed here so may follow suit.
The content for this whole event hasn’t been to my taste but the event itself was nicely low-intensity – I missed a couple of days because of life – and I have earned a lot of event-related bonuts; at least one set per day. It’ll be nice to have some time to clean up after this event – and I’m crossing my fingers for some new St Patrick’s Day content, since I have everything except the Ulster Leprechaun.

  3. oh glad to know it’s not a skin for the mansion. And I like the animation. Finally a prize worth getting

I hate this event so much, it takes some of the more important characters you need to use for other missions and I finished it so quickly. I REALLY just wanted this to be a mansion skin and add it to the “building skins I’ll forget about” list but having it be its own separate building was a shock. I agree with everyone though, this is a beautiful building. There is so much you can do design-wise with it and the fact that it holds Burns’s Fountain of Youth is hilarious to me. I can’t wait for this event to be over so i can finally work on other things.

  5. I quite like this prize and the quest line that goes with it, but I was a little disappointed that there was no reference to the story from the start of the act. Like, I was expecting something about Burns flaunting having control of the water (which he has because nobody’s using power because they’re all fighting), then being told like “Yeah, we’ve made up now because we’re watching GOT”. But there was no reference to the beginning of the act. Like, I know it’s been a few long weeks of tapping but still…

  6. Water Baron Burns Mansion with Water Baron Burns Character Skin – thanks for the Free Building, but no thanks for the grind EA (this Act 3 Prize Combo is worthless and does not compliment the dystopian Outland theme)! 🤔

    Back to Kem Farming

    • True–they could have done a dilapidated mansion ruin that Burns has forgotten about and allowed to fall to disrepair (since he appears to have too many mansions to keep track of). Ruffians could squat there.

  7. Where Can I Place It?: Grass, Pavement, Dirt, Boardwalk, or Pier

Are you sure about that? I can’t place it on Boardwalk or (Ornate) Pier.

  8. I got the water mansion prize + water baron skin yesterday (3/1). Questline still underway; Burnsy is flaunting hydration in my Springfield. I like the mansion, but once the questline is over, he goes right back into his Monty Moneybags skin to do super-premium tasks.

  9. I have probably hundreds of buildings, unique and duplicates and when I plopped this down it struck me as gorgeous. I can’t remember the last time a TSTO building did that. Maybe it’s the color or the animated water falling but I quite like the look of the building and have grand designs for placement in the Outlands.

The skin, meh. It’s like the 10th one I’ve gotten for Burns. I stick to the money bags one because it’s triple pay out and it’s fun to see him swimming in the mountain of gold.

  10. I’m tired of skins for characters that have a ton; especially freemium skins for characters that have several premium skins. Maybe I focus too much on donuts, but I always have Burns at the railyard. If he can’t recycle metal, he’s playing at his money mountain for super premium payout. Why would I set him on a freemium task? Maybe if I had a really super high xp/$ bonus?!

    I like the building enough.

It’d be even better if Act 3 final prizes were actually worth being a final event prize—-something big and premium; something cool and inspiring. After all the annoying grinding at the end of the events’ boredom (whether one loved or disliked an event, 3 long acts are too much and bonuts alleviate the pain by only a little), it be nice to be awarded with something worth coveting 😉

  11. A week or so ago I got Monty Moneybags, so the idea of Mr. Burns wearing anything other than his vest made from real gorilla chest doesn’t really interest me.

  12. Probably get a bunch of shoes thrown at me but I was hoping this was a skin for Burns’ mansion!!

  13. This is worth it just to see Burn’s doing 💦Flashdance💦👍😆.

  14. Looking forward to next?
How about being able to log into the game?

  15. TallSpiderCandy

Just earned him today 😁 The bonuts have been nice too, thanks EA!! Still hoping to pick up the dodgeball court, about 50 shy right now but have like 4 more days to earn as much as I can 😁 Happy tapping and have a lovely day!! : )

  16. I love his Splash Dance tribute task (the four hour one, I think). Too funny! I have the mansion in the middle of no where because I need some land on the top of Springfield Heights to open. Then I will have the perfect spot for it.

  17. I don’t need another skin for Burns but I like the building quite a bit. Thankfully, it’s not a skin for Burns’ mansion.

  18. Is there anyone else in the uk unable to connect to game xx

  19. Quite like this Water Mansion. I’ve had a vacant lot on the Heights waterside for ages and this fits fine there.

  20. Disappointing end to disappointing event
