Super Safi’s Stats & Strategy Special: Minigames – Drone Scan!

Salutations Senors, Senoras, Senoritas, Statisticians & Strategists,

(Today’s post is sponsored by the letter ‘S’)

Hi, I’m Super Safi and you may remember me from such stats and strategy posts as KEM Farming and the advanced losing-to-win Superheroes battle strategy.

What better way to spend your time than talking math. So from time-to-time, I’ll come to you with a post that delves into the wonderful world of numbers, stats, and/or strategies.

While we’ve previously discussed Springfield Downs and the Go Kart Track last year, we’ll continue to look at most of the Minigames found within our game. We continue our journey today with Drone Scan!

DRONE SCAN

The Drone Scan minigame can be played at the Surveillance Post every 4 hours. A drone icon () will appear above the Surveillance Post when the minigame is ready to be played.

The objective of the minigame is to tap as many Enemy Agents and Super Agents as possible in the lapse time of 20 seconds while the “Drone” moves around the Surveillance Post. Rewards will be given to the player depending on the number of Agents tapped. The standard rewards are Junk, Smart Devices, and XP.

Junk rewarded:

= 20 + 2(e) + 8(s),   where e is the amount of enemy agents tapped and s is the amount of super agents tapped.

Note: Minimum reward 20 , even if 0 enemy agents or super agents are tapped.

Smart Devices rewarded:

 = 2

Note: Will always reward 2 , even if 0 enemy agents or super agents are tapped, and regardless of the Smart Device cap in your Springfield.

XP rewarded:

= 50 + 2(e) + 8(s),   where e is the amount of enemy agents tapped and s is the amount of super agents tapped.

Note: Minimum reward 50 XP, even if 0 enemy agents or super agents are tapped.

Do you play the Drone Scan? How many agents do you usually tap? Since Super Agents are worth 4 times as much as Enemy Agents, do you focus on them? What stats or strategy related topic would you liked discussed? Share your thoughts. You know we love hearing from you. And be sure to come back soon for Sci-Fighter.

Minigames:

Springfield Downs, Go Kart Tracks, Insanity Mode, Sideshow You, Rocket Launch Pad, Claw Machine, Scratch-R, The Eliminator, Bigclaw, Excavation Site, Drone Scan, Sci-Fighter, Where’s Maggie

Is there a post on railyard, donut farming, seem to be stuck on producing metal, everything else is maxed out? Been like that for a week now, ????

  2. I play the rail yard non-stop, so the trash cans are a must. That said, I just tap all four fingers on one hand for 20 seconds.

  3. I average 240 trash cans. Seems it is best placed in dense forest with trees. Thank you, Safi! Keep up the great jobs on stats et al! 😄

  4. Which are the agents and which are the super agents? I’ve never figured that out.

  5. Is or was a contest of the voices of the characters in the game? Sometimes i found myself clicking some just to hear them.
    My favorites are
Leopold: “This is one substitute you’re not gonna SCREW with!”
Dewey Largo: “Do you find something funny about the word ‘tromboner’?”

  6. For this one I think placement of the building is most important. Tapping agents is easiest when it’s surrounded by empty space.

I also find it odd that this rewards trash and smartphones, when every other old event building in my Springfield just got converted to cash. I wonder how they decided on those two? :-/

  7. If it isn’t too much trouble could you give us a list of all the mini games. I forget about them and would like to start playing them again
    Thanks

  8. I always use the four finger ✌️✌️ tappatappatappa with great succes

  9. I play it for the garbage cans. I have it right by my recycling buildings. I average about 200 garbage cans. I just use all 4 fingers and tap like crazy and sort of look where my fingers are hitting.

  10. how do I get this mini game?

  11. How do you make it go from the glasses/googles view to full screen? I accidentally stumble on this sometime but I still don’t know what to do to get the full screen. Thanks!

    • I’m going to speculate that it may be a bug specific to your device brand/model, as I’ve never seen this minigame run without the goggles, myself. (I’m an iOS user, and at different times I’ve played this minigame on an iPhone 6, an iPad Air 2, and an iPhone X.)

    • That has happened to me couple of times. I was unable to reproduce it. Like Zarmanto said, could be random bug. I use iOS.

  12. I haven’t played this minigame in forever.
Seems to be way too much hassle for what you get out of it

I use two fingers for that mini game I just tap with both alternating and usually get 25-40

  14. Is the XP gained from this and other mini games get multiplied by 5x also when the super collider charged and running?
