The Eighteenth Amendment (Amendment XVIII) of the United States Constitution effectively established the prohibition of alcoholic beverages in the United States by declaring the production, transport, and sale of alcohol (though not the consumption or private possession) illegal. The separate Volstead Act set down methods for enforcing the Eighteenth Amendment, and defined which “intoxicating liquors” were prohibited, and which were excluded from prohibition (e.g., for medical and religious purposes). President Woodrow Wilson vetoed the bill, but the House of Representatives overrode the veto, and the Senate did so as well the next day. The Volstead Act set the starting date for nationwide prohibition for January 17, 1920, which was the earliest day allowed by the Eighteenth Amendment. The Amendment was in effect for the following 13 years. It was repealed in 1933 by ratification of the Twenty-First Amendment on December 5, 1933.

Howard K. Duff will then join your Springfield as a member of the Homer vs the 18th Amendment character collection.

I was really happy that Howard K. Duff’s questline involved buildings that don’t get used much or at all by any characters (Duff Stadium and Health Spa) but it was disappointing that he did not have a permanent task at one of them or preferably both of them.
I was also disappointed that he has his indoor tasks at common lower level locations at the Kwik-E-Mart, Brown House and Moe’s Tavern, it is understandable that he uses these locations for players that don’t have the limited time or premium buildings or are on a low level in the game but he could of used other locations such as the Lotto N’ Liquor for his 1 hour task for the players that have these buildings.
I do however like that he has some pretty decent outdoor tasks in particular when he gives out samples to a cheering, rude, or unruly crowd in front of him and that he is finally in the game.
I unlock everything like a week ago. Taking some time off the game to recharge for the next event. Ive got a lot of characters from this past event and mini event and some new cool buildings. So pretty happy overall.
Only negative is that i got the buy champagne stuck glitch with mindy.

We got this same amount of new characters in this mini 1 act event as we did in our last 3 act event. I’m happy with the mini events over the big ones, they’re less obnoxious.

Been locked out since update…almost 2 weeks.
Anyone else ?
Does the game crash just after the loading splash screen? It started for me just after the last updated. I found that interrupting the loading process several times I could get it to start. After the initial login splash screen I select the Android “recent apps” square menu button, wait a moment, then select TSTO from the list of displayed apps. Do this a few times. It works for me most of the time, but not always, so YMMV. BTW, what android version do you have? I’m using 8.1 on a PixelC.
