Springfield Jobs Act III- Prize Guide – International Court of Justice

OK…we are finally getting past the half-way, and more-than-half-way point in this excruciatingly long event. I am hoping that by the time you are reading this, you are long past this point in the game, and are collecting as many Bonuts as you can grab. It’s the only real reward for events that are this long.

So. Long. So. Very. Very. Long!

But, as has become the norm with the updates these days…EA is giving us a ton of Free Clutter. And, Act III is no exception.

The 6th Prize is the International Court of Justice, which I have to say, is about as random as random can be.  Most of this act is focused on tropical climates and casinos in sun-drenched areas of the world…and the International Court of Justice is…well…NOT.

But it is a prize…and you want to know the details…right?
For those of you who are sticklers for details…
The International Court of Justice (abbreviated ICJ; commonly referred to as the World Court)[1] is the principal judicial organ of the United Nations (UN). It settles legal disputes between member states and gives advisory opinions to authorized UN organs and specialized agencies. It comprises a panel of 15 judges elected by the General Assembly and Security Council for nine-year terms. It is seated in the Peace Palace in The Hague, Netherlands.

Does it belong in our games?  Hard to say…as our only real “legal system” is a slovenly chief of police, and a very odd, kinda brash, judge. But, hey…let’s be honest about it…when it comes to “jumping the shark” with content that really doesn’t belong in a “Real Springfield,” this entire event has pretty much been “shark worthy.”

That said…Here are the details on the building…and yes, it is pretty much just a building.

  1. If Judge Snyder didn’t have a permanent 4 Hour Task for this Building? I’d have stored it (“too much clutter” is exactly what this Event has turned into during Act 3!) At least it wasn’t worthless Decor 🤷‍♂️

  2. Thank you for the post. If I may suggest: maybe letting us know if you can place buildings on all types of land. I still cannot Believe that EA is STILL creating buildings that cannot be put on dirt or concrete, like THIS building, Again, Patric, thanks for the post. 😉

  3. Today, Friday – TGIF. When the event ends – TGIO (Thank God It’s Over)

  4. THis even started off fun, but the easiness and length have conspired to leave me bored with the game. I’ve been playing this since 2013, and I have spent some money over the years. I used to log in every 4 hours, but now, I go a day or two without playing. I think I might be done.

  5. So ready for this event to be done. I’ve completed the event 2 days ago but keep sending them on tasks to get the bonuts.

Also because of all the glitch talk I had a horrible nightmare that my game was effected. So scary!

  6. [hallucinates that the other Simpsons are clowns]
    Homer: Marge?
    Marge Simpson: Yes, Homie?
[starts humming the “Barnum and Bailey Circus” theme]
Homer: [no longer from his viewpoint] That’s it! You people have stood in my way long enough. I’m going to clown college!
    [leaves]
Bart Simpson: I don’t think any of us expected him to say that.

  7. As a Dutchman, I am very glad with “Het Vredespaleis” as it is called in Holland.
The money has been donated by Andrew Carnegie.

    • Me too! It’s a beautiful building and it’s great that it will have a place in the game.

  8. I had suggested earlier that it would be nice to see the Royal Courts of Justice during the London part of the event, so I am very happy to see the ICJ. 👨🏼‍⚖️

  9. Is anyone else having the problem where the game logs you out each time you leave it, then takes 5 minuets to redownload 1400.6 MG of data? Is this the rollback, or something else? Nothing else seems to be off in my game. Maybe just a little lagging sometimes. If it is the rollback, how do I contact EA about it? Thank you for all your help!

Yep, building up loads of crafting currency I will probably not end up using, another reason why this event is too long. Tapping is vEAry rEApetitive at the momEAnt😩

P.S. DEAr kind pEAple at EA, may wEA plEAse have a greater item limit… I’m starting to chop down my beautiful forests (local squirrels are about to form a mutiny) and pull flowers out of gardens… next I may need to start knocking down homes 😠

      • I’ve just stopped playing for a while…nothing else I’m willing to store (I have empty spaces all over my town now) and I’m at the absolute limit. Unless they allow more than 100 pieces per event (that’s only 2 or 3 buildings decorated the way I like them), there’s no way I can continue. Will just have to take a break until I have more items to work with again. 😕

        • Justin Henriks

Very wise, maintaining quality instead of removing detail. Also, the irony is that I am no longer asking for more land as any new land is just being left empty!

      • I got did of all my fences. They are useless for fencing in Springfieldians. Removing trees 🌲🌳? NO WAY!!!

        • Justin Henriks

Yes, I may have to remove fences instead, I think most neighbourinos can be trusted to live harmoniously without them… I may need to leave some fences where owners have pets though!

  13. 5-4 more days till this event is over haha cant wait for the next mini event, episode tie-in, and Clown college event(praying)
