Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
As 2018 rolls on through so do the mini-events. We’re now into our third mini-event of the year and this time around it’s a revival of the classic, Who Shot Mr. Burns? Yes, we’re tackling the never before seen Part 3 of the Simpsons classic. With a few interesting (read that as weird) twists and turns along the way. Of course, as we’ve said over the last few years, mini-events have become low stress “events” so you can enjoy some relaxing downtime in TSTO, but still have something to keep you tapping every so often.
Remember, this event is designed to follow a series of tasks via the questline to unlock prizes. For each of the parts of the Who Shot Mr. Burns? (Part Three) questline, you’ll have to earn 
via various character tasks in order to unlock the prize for that part.

How You Unlock It: Who Shot Mr. Burns? (Part Three) Pt. 1
Make Homer Convert Everything to Burnscoins- 3hrs
Make Burns Invest in the School- 3hrs.
Mine Burnscoins- x200.
Once you’ve completed that task you’ll automatically be awarded the Facade for the elementary school….
You won’t have an option to store it, this one is just a facade (skin for a building) for your Elementary School. So your Elementary School will automatically become the Crypto-farm.
And that’s really it my friends. No conform-o-meter impact, no earning potentional. Nothing. Just a new look for Springfield Elementary. Collect it and move on….

Hey another Building Skin (yawn!) I honestly wanted this spoof of Bitcoin to be fun ….. calling ’em Burnscoin was a good start, but it quickly went down hill from there (oh well, at least there are some great Discounts in the Store to take advantage of to take advantage of) 🤷♂️
On the brighter side? There is no plenty of time to Kem Farm, earn $, clean up one’s Springfield before the next Event. 👍
My school started earning cash. Did the facade start doing this or is it just a change to the school from the update?
It does it without the facade. I think it was part of the update.
The only prize I find valuable is this one & the sun blocker. IMO
Have to say that wasn’t very exciting. Oh well, it’s over. What’s next?

Problems logging in? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
Not logging in, but constantly getting kicked out. I just look at it as time to take a break. I’ve been very fortunate that the glitch never hit me (knock on wood), & I feel bad for everyone it did, so I can’t really complain.
I haven’t had any issues until just a few hours ago. It had me logging in as some random thing and I exited out and then opened it again and now it won’t let me log in. I’m seeing log in issues on Facebook
That’s not good, they’ve obviously got a problem that needs to be taken care of 😟
Had to try several times yesterday, but then everything was fine. Error message said something about not being able to process the login at the moment.
Um, he’s sick. My best friend’s sister’s boyfriend’s brother’s girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who’s going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it’s pretty serious.
Seems it might be iPhone. I’ve been able to get in on my kindle. iPhone still won’t let me log in.

I was a victim of the last event’s “Glitch”. So far so good – everything seems to work. When the last event went away, so did all my problems. Happy.
Glad I didn’t run away, this has been a fun little event. Just wish my glitch was gone. I keep crossing my fingers with each update it goes away. I miss my railyard and REALLY miss the left corner Character finder.

I thought the prizes for this event were all round “meh” – apart from the fact that they are from a classic episode. Looks like it all depends on how you use them… 😉
