Out with the old and in with the new! Yesterday morning Itchy and Scratchy Land exited stage left and the Poochie mini-event arrived stage right! Because 6 weeks of Itchy and Scratchy wasn’t enough. Of course, an all-new mini-event means a new opportunity for EA to add new premium items to our stores!
As we all know, that limited-time label can tempt us to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add the Reality Channel to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this script earning building to your town…

Pros
-Comes with a short questline
-Earns a decent amount of event currency every 4hrs
-Would work well in a studio area design of Springfield (fits with other buildings we have)
-Reasonably priced
Cons
-After questline there are no tasks there
-Animation, when in use, is weak. Just lights turn on in 1 building.
Final Thought
Premium/Freemium:
This is one of those If you like it get it items. It’s not necessary for the event itself, you should have no issues completing it with regular gameplay without this item. If you like it and have a location for it, grab it. Otherwise, pass.
Of course, in the end, it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do…and as a premium player, I’m still on the fence. Trying to debate if I want/need it in my studio area of Springfield. But whatever you decide, just make sure you make your final decision before it leaves our games for good (or for now). Plus, this is one of those buildings that will help with the event. So if you’re going to pick it up grab it sooner rather than later, so it can give you the most benefit. (i’d get it before the weekend if you’re thinking about it..)

I’d have spent the Sprinkles (55 is a fair price) but not enough free space – come on, EA, 1 Land Token per Building! Add to that, this is another Building where numerous Characters should have permanent Tasks (any reason why EA skips on this opportunity? they’re doing it quite often now). 🤷♂️
I got it because I liked the look of it. It wasn’t too many donuts, and it’s interesting looking.
Thanks to me screwing up when i initially got all the land squares last event, I have an abundance to space for the time being. Was able to get this a spot right across from my current entertainment block with KBBL, Channel 6 and Krustylu studios. Fits pretty well

Is it just me or did everyone go through a 1.4gb download inside the app itself and now everythings magnified or zoomed in closer!?
Nope. I’d speculate that the update was probably specific to your device type. What are you playing on?
Bought it to put in my studio area. Looks great with Krustylu & the various film sets.
Might have been hasty on this one, but still not a bad buy. I like studios.
Stand alone buildings never interest me. I’ll wait for a discount in the future. It does have some good detail to it.
Spent 55 donuts, got it, built it, start the questline and on my last login, Whoushhh! Gone… with the 55 donuts. Must contact EA… Must not lose my grip on my real life… Must light a candle…
Woohoo! Didn’t have time to lit the candle that EA support team fix the problem by giving me 60 donuts back to purchase the Reality Channel once again… Great work! Now, I’m going to buy a lotto ticket right now!!! 😁
