This week saw Moe’s Ark hit our games! Yes, the Springfield Zoo arrived in Springfield. Are you excited for all of the animals? Like any of the update format changes? Any you don’t like?
And finally, how about the rest of your weekend? Do anything fun and exciting? Hopefully, you’re staying cool!
So chat about the Simpsons, TSTO, Update fun, or anything else you can think of! (Just no politics, it never ends well) Can’t wait to chat with you all, you know we love hearing from you!

Question about the Springfield Bowl – do any characters have jobs there? I’d like to view the animation, but can’t find any references to jobs there beyond the event where it was introduced.
I’ve seen lists of tasks-by-building, but the ones I found were last updated before the Springfield Bowl entered our little corner of the universe.

If I have gone through the Emu Experience upgrades and got a second Emu Experience should I keep spending the grants because they go away in next act (gets replaced by another currency) or should I save them up for act 2 because they are staying?

BTW, I saw where someone posted the daily challenge wasn’t crediting the 400, I just checked mine & they were correct. They did not add anything to my total 😕
Hey neighbours, please don’t mind the mess, I’ll have to send in the cleanup crew soon. I had to increase my % to do some farming for this event.
Spent a few days off the grid which was nice, but now playing catch up on this event.
Starting to like the zoo event, especially the big cat country with all the different cats, anyone else have a change of mind?
Tuesday August 7 and I still havent received my Gil Deal donuts I purchased on August 1. Sent third email to EA today. Noticed when I was on their site that my issue was marked as resolved. So if anybody is still waiting for their donuts, go on EA help site and make sure your complaint is still open.
I also haven’t. I sent everything that EA was requesting and now they have gone quiet and haven’t replied since Friday.
I have also not received the Gil deal donuts purchased a week ago. I’ve had to open a case with EA, call them 3 times, send them proof of purchase (twice) that they sold me the donuts and then re-open my case because they closed it. I was told today that they’ve resolved the issue and I should expect to see the donuts anywhere from the next 5 minutes to the next 5 days; after my proof of purchase is reviewed. Otherwise, I should open a new case to resolve the issue after the 5 days, because resuming my initial case would move it to end of the queue
I keep dropping my invasive tadpoles in friends towns that I can see are playing but rarely get rewards or tadpoles back in return. Bad luck? Are the tadpoles “expiring” before people find them? Are people building a second town to keep their tadpoles to themselves?
I have noticed the same! My b game gets the rewards every time I log in but my main game has received nothing so far. Not even a “sorry no one helped you ” reward. Was starting to think it was just me…
I wish the Emu Experience had some kind of facade option. It seems odd to have the building say “Emu” but then there’s lamas and armadillos and stuff.
Just curious about how many other players were offered the Gil 300 donut deal for 10.00 compared to the 2400 donuts for 20.00? I buy donuts occasionally on my A game and was given the small deal, but on my B and C games which I have never bought donuts on got the large deal, was told by EA that it was random but seems strange that the game I spend money on got low deal but my 2 completely freemium games they offer a awesome deal RANDOM? Hmmm possibly a way to get freemium players to fork out, lol. So was just curious

My Daily Challenge is not paying the 400 animal feed when the task is completed. Is anyone else having this problem. ea help is not working for me I can’t enter a ticket.

I don’t remember any “dual tasks” for him where he interacts with any other character.
He goes to the open air stage with his mom as a Skinner Sister
Oh yeah…and I forgot about the Barbershop Quartet on the same stage.
Oh that’s cool see i didn’t even know about that one, it’s not the one I’m thinking but I’ll look at that I like the dual tasks. I wish E.A would add additional outside tasks for everyone of the characters.. I would spend a few doughnuts for an additional list not a lot but I would. 😉
In general I saw it on someone’s task list but I was going so quick I don’t remember who it was just said requires Skinner.
I know Chalmers has his 1 hour task “Shout at Skinner” but it doesn’t require him for the job. I think Skinner has a 16 hour task to dress Bart as an elf ( or something along those lines) but I don’t know if it actually requires Bart.

I just checked on Skinner and the task does require Bart since it had the double pay out ($500 is the usual for one character on a 16 hour task so its $1000 for both Skinner and Bart). I think it was from a questline during the Christmas 2014 event with the elves and Toy Workshop.

I can’t find the armadillo that I earned.
It is in the Emu Center drop down as a choice. It isn’t an actual character…but a choice in the animal display.

If anyone at EA is listening I’d like to chip in my vote for a set of self-placeable land tokens over the random lump on the side of my town.
I’m finding this one rather bitty – no sense of shape to it as yet. The boost in multiplayer’s lead me to get some of the SH buildings out of storage – only to remind myself why I stowed the big ugly things in the first place.
I’ve spent more time sorting them out than I have on the event I reckon – I’m now at nearly 300% but it doesn’t seem much different from the old 150%. Feels like I wasted a chunk of time.

WHY! every few days my game updates with 834.8MB and it takes 15 min to update. Of course its on my break at work and then i cant check up on the stupid 4 hour grind….so of course im behind! is my phone and game the only one this happens to!?
You need to free up space on your device. You need at least 5GB free for TSTO. Once you free up at least 5GB it’ll download once more and then won’t do it again (until you run out of space again).
TSTO is a GIANT space suck, so you need to have loads of space free to play.
I finished the Emu Experience upgrade thing and got that second one. What’s the best strategy at this point? Should i upgrade the second Emu Experience that with all the currency I have from the act 1 prize track (theres over 2000 there) to build up the bonus%, or should I save it for the next act, (assuming this currency will be used in the next act)?
Personally, I’d save for the next act. That’ll give you a head start on it and then you can always upgrade (if you want more emu’s, cat etc) during Act 3

I have 3 EE and earn 46/7 (91/14 premium) versus 42/7. At 10 non premium characters that is 40 difference per time 4 hours. So it doesn’t really help in crafting and you may finish the prize track a little early.

You will also need it to upgrade the Lion safari later in this act.
I haven’t hit Big Cat Country yet, that’s when I plan to buy the safari grant package and spread it out over the next couple acts. I’m assuming once Act 1 is over, you can no longer opt to get another Emu Experience or Cat Country and upgrades.
