My Opinion On It Now: Meh, not worth it. Pass. 100 donuts is just too much for this (and with the Emu experience, and other items, for free you don’t need more animal enclosures)

What Does It Do: Not a whole not, NPC. Animated when tapped.
My Opinion On It Now: It’s Mojo, he’s pretty classic in the world of Simpsons. But he is an NPC, so if you’re not a big fan of characters without tasks pass.

What Does It Do: Full character, complete set of tasks
My Opinion On It Now: 150 donuts is a pretty standard price point for a character combo these days. Not an awful pickup, but he was originally free so 150 donuts seems steep to pay. I’d consider this a toss-up. If you wanted him and missed him now’s your chance…otherwise pass and pickup newer characters (or ones from the Mystery Box)
What are your thoughts on the returning items? Will you be spending donuts to bring any of these throwbacks to your Springfield? Why or why not? Sound off in the comments below, you know we love hearing from you!
Oops – just as you convinced me to get Norbert – he’s gone ! I wasn’t sure where to put the runway as I didn’t start playing until recently and don’t have the airport.

Uncle Norbert & his Plane (he’s voiced, he’s got fun visual Tasks, he’s a member of the Van Heusen Family – get him if you don’t have him)
Ok… what about the African Tree Resort? EVERYTHING mentioned except that. That’s the one I was waiting to hear about.
Everything mentioned except that? Really? I did Azzlan, Peek at em and returning items that left today. I still have a HUGE list of things to do, so i can assure you not everything was done. It’s on my list. As I said in the rundown post…i’m 9 months pregnant. I’m trying to knock out a ton of stuff not only for this event but also my actual job before I go out on leave. Things are getting done, and I’m sorry it’s not at the rapid pace you would like…but I’m doing the best I can whilst juggling 10 different things. So patience is required.
The Tree resort isn’t going anywhere until Act 1 ends, you have some time….patience is requested, please.

I love the shark tank…moved it over to the YMCA, they needed a pool 🏊🦈🏊😆.
Me thinks this zoo+theme park sucks and is not worth the property it sits on. Planing on plowing it and creating neighborhoods based on failed themes. Or just embrace Disney Simpson Land and give up on Springfield all together like the Heights.

Nobert does not pay premium for his tasks.
150 donuts seems like a lot for a character and a decoration. I’m surprised EA didn’t give the plane a multiplier since they’re charging that price
Oddball question – I have a toral of 95 frogs that I just noticed. I’ve just been in my friend’s neighborhoods and dropped all the frogs I could. So what are these 95 frogs that show on my total bar??
You can only drop up to 10 per neighbor.

Bought Norbert & Mojo. I’d wanted Norbert for a long time. I think I have all the flying characters now (Fairy Kodos/LT Smash airdrop/Fortune balloon & Norbert?)
Mojo is cute. Don’t mind him being an NPC. I wish Santas Little Helper was NPC, seeing as how they didn’t give him any outdoor tasks anyway.

RE: SLH – Sometimes I don’t give him a task so he is just wandering around, but usually he get’s his job from the employment building.
Does anyone know what category Mojo is under in Charachter Collections, I don’t think I have him, but I don’t see him available under Moes Ark either. I was hoping to find him highlighted under Animals, More Animals, Exotic Animals and Pets…No luck there either.

A bit off topic. But got a Question about Gil’s deal. On my A game I got 300 donuts at a 50% discount. On my B game I got the 2400 for 80% off. If I bought the 300 in my A game could I still get the 2400 for 80% off to show IP? Or is it random what everyone gets for a 1 time purchase?
That topic has come up in a few threads, actually. It has to do with whether or not you’ve purchased donuts recently. That is to say: people who haven’t spent real money on the game lately (or ever) get a bigger incentive to spend money.
(Some of the premium players are quite angry about this.)
After you fully upgrade the Emu Experience, are you supposed to build another?
You can. And you’ll get a chance at another.

Yes, Another Emu Experience placed within the bonus area will increase your bonus.
It largely depends upon how you play, I think. If you go for another Emu Experience, there’s a good chance that you will have finished upgrading it before you get Big Cat Country… so that’ll give you a leg up on your bonus, up front. On the other hand, if you save your grants for Big Cat Country, you’ll have a leg up on upgrading it right away, upon earning it.
I went with a second Emu Experience — but I also bought all of the premium characters, so that likely impacts how I play.
you have the option of buying another one IF you want to…. but its not mandatory / needed.
personally Im not buying a 2nd enclosure & saving my grants for the other habitats for now.
I tend to agree on the petting zoo (but I had already bought it, grr). I find Mojo’s animation a bit lackluster. Luckily I had already Norbert, and I advise to get it, especially now that flying characters are no longer tappable 😀
Just a thought Tappers… I do dread that EA offers old stuff to noobs who missed out (kinda like a badge of honor for us that have been playing since day uno) but if you don’t have Norbert get him. One of my fave tasks is his 4 Hour “Fly Loops”. His comments are good too.
Absolutely agree! It is not obnoxious like other “flyers.”
I think all flyers were obnoxious before the fix that made them untappable. :p
Some players still dislike any flyer, but Norbert does makes the trip across the screen faster than the others.
My favorite flyer is the Cash Balloon with Arthur Fortune, second favorite is Fairy Kang, which leaves Norbert in a still respectable third place. Definitely worth picking him up.
Norbert is the only flyer in the game that doesn’t annoy me.
it bothers me that the flyers hover in the same spot on the screen even as you scroll around.

And I always put him on 24 hour tasks because the plane is pretty distracting.
I love the plane. Because I love biplanes. It’s kind of a Stearman knockoff.

His task to fly it does…no bonus, except premium earning.
When I check norbet it was regular rate. If I remember I can check again. I did have before.
Check normal rate. Send him to the hotel. That a bummer. For those who just got him is it premium rate or normal?
