We’re nearing the end of Moe’s Ark Act 1 (ends Wednesday), how have you fared with the prize track? Taking in our tips for finishing Act 1 and prepping for Act 2? Ready for Act 2?

I cannot get the Panda to show up. Says I got it but is not there. Pass it now but never showed. I’m onto trying to get the giraffe on Great Plains. Any ideas on why or how to get the panda to show up.. I’ve loggin and out. Many thanks

How come I never have any frogs to tap in my town? I leave them in others when I can, which is not very often. I Just don’t know why I don’t get any. I know my Springfield sucks right now. I got frustrated and dropped a bomb. I live with Chronic Pain and Migraines. I’ve had a rough few months. I often wish I could pay someone to make my town awesome again. Lol. Seriously though, where are my frogs??
I searched but could not find a current answer so here goes – is the age verification screen going to come up every time that I log out and back in? It didn’t do this until about a month ago. Any way to get it to go away? Thanks.

It started happening on multiple devices (2 iPads and my iPhone 8) at the same time. None of the devices are overloaded at all. It seems more like a setting that is common, but I can’t figure out what it could be
When I switch between games it comes on. If you “log out” it will, if you exit and return it shouldn’t.
That’s the question – is there a way to get the age verification to not appear every time I switch between towns?

I’m unable to unlock land even with a land token around my zoo. Anyone else having this issue? Did I reach a limitation on available land and just picked the wrong place to build my zoo on?
There is no more land currently around the zoo… HUGE oversight by EA. But, it is what it is.
Hi guys.. well I’ve had a terrible time with my Springfield.. as I previously stated my town disappeared and no matter what I tried I couldn’t log in.. For 3 weeks back and forth with Emails and phone calls to EA CS,( which was a complete nightmare, as every person I spoke too told me to do something completely different to the other advice I was given) and despite all the previous things I was told to do, last one being to make a new email and new EA account (which also didn’t work) I was instructed that everything I had been told was pointless and bordering on the ridiculous.. he was going to rollback my Springfield..Yay!! (which should of been offered after the preliminary steps) I was happy and at last got it back.. Now, 3 weeks on I have missed so much of Act 1 I’m literally just unlocking the Big Cat prize so I contacted them for compensation.. but have be totally blown off.. Has anyone ever got a straight answer and been given a little compo for losing their Springfield..

I have a question I wonder if someone can answer. I have been making some tsto friends on Instagram lately and have been having trouble adding some of them in game.
They make a request, I accept it, but then their town doesn’t appear as an option anywhere when I scroll through the screen of neighbours’ towns. When I open up the neighbour info screen I can see them if I scroll right to the bottom where it lists “Origin friends not in game”. When I tap on them for more info it says they have never played tsto. But I know they are playing – they are posting screenshots of their towns on Instagram and requesting that we be neighbours.
What am I doing wrong? It doesn’t happen all the time, only sometimes. I am stumped.
I believe that either you or them are at the limit of the number of friends.
I don’t know why EA keeps having messages like there being no frogs when there are.
I have a question for my fellow designers, I’m trying to rebuild my town with different ideas. My question is I’m to chicken 💩 to nuke my town completely. So I’m kinda baby nukin sections, so I’ll clear a section moving all the buildings and decorations to one side of town (so I can still collect money on them) while I work on the other side. Do you guys like layout all the roads and infrastructure first and then fill in the buildings and decorations, or do you do one building or home at a time? If that makes since.. thx.
I always build one building at a time and then put the infrastructure around it, with the exception of one area where I built a very long highway (two roads 4 empty squares apart with all my billboards, etc. in the central reservation – it needs completely redoing now because we were given a real highway in the Itchy and Scratchy Land update!). To be honest to get a really tidy coherent town I should probably nuke and map out more of the roads. It’s a bit of a sprawling mess, but then I’m used to that because I’m a Londoner!
