It was four years ago, just after the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs bracket was complete and I was filling out my bracket for the 2014 FIFA World Cup that I thought it might be cool to do a The Simpsons Tapped Out bracket. Here we are at the next World Cup and it’s time for our fourth TSTO Addicts Bracket Battle!
How much longer EA can keep Tapped Out going is up for debate. But what isn’t debatable is that there are plenty of character skins in the rich history of The Simpsons universe still not in our little game. We present to you TSTO Addicts’ Most Desired Skin Bracket Battle.
We created a Bracket of 32 awesome character skins for characters that don’t have a second skin that we believe would bring a smile to your face, have great visuals, could make for an awesome event, or simply be a nice idea for a new Friends Point prize.

Now a recap of last weeks votes to determine the Four Conference Champions:
Boys: Stay Puft Uter destroyed My Sharona Jimbo 81% to 19%.
Girls: Swimsuit Shauna barely upset Trinidad and Tobago Sherri & Terri 52% to 48% by under 35 votes.
Men: Human Bumblebee Man barely beat Hip Hop Chalmers 52% to 48% by under 30 votes.
Women: Human Maude beat Ghost Edna 74% to 26%.

Talking of the need for more female characters… why are all the Zoo visitors in this event either men or boys? Unless I’m missing something?!
Major events: In this event, there are 4 new full female characters. In I&S Land, there were 6 new female characters including 1 NPC (little girl) and 5 fully tasked characters; the teaser didn’t release any new female characters. In The Springfield Jobs, there was only 1 new full female character. In Bart Royale, there was only 1 new female character that was an NPC (Bootsie).
Mini events: In TBSH (The Buck Stops Here), there was only 1 new full female character. In Homer vs. 18th Amendment, there was no new female characters. In Poochie’s Dog Dayz, there were 2 new female characters.
In total, there have been 15 new female characters (2 are NPCs and the rest are fully tasked) released this year so far and over the start of the second half of the year more female characters have been released in updates than in the first half of the year.
And your point?
I was just saying how there have been more female characters added in TSTO lately and it kind of gets boring seeing comments from players saying how there are very few or any females added in an update and that there are only male characters were added. Sorry for the confusion in my original comment since it was a vague reply. At least in this update, we get Brittany Brockman, Sarah Wiggum, Allison Taylor, and Joan Bushwell with most of them appearing in multiple episodes than being one offs.

Yeah, I apologise to you if my original comment seemed rude, confusing and it didn’t actually answer your question. I do agree that there should have been female zoo visitors, maybe a mother and 2 daughters could of been included along with the 3 males or female equivalents of the current visitors. 🙂
I voted for Human Maude. I’m guessing this would be the most requested character/skin now that Sarah Wiggum is now in the game. I’ll pay 300 donuts if I have to since I do part-time KEM-farming.
If Human Maude ever comes to the game, it would most likely be a skin for Ghost Maude. Having 2 Maudes wouldn’t make any sense. Besides, there are Premium characters that already have an alternate skin. Both Barney and Otto have 2 skins each. Even Miss Springfield has an alternate skin.
Come on, EA! Make it happen!

Shauna’s already in the game. Has been for years. She’s just not available all the time. This whole bracket battle is about skins for characters that already exist in game. I do like your general sentiment of more female characters, though 🙂

Bumblebee Man doesn’t stand a chance vs. Maude. Maude is like 1988 Mike Tyson. She’s will beat any contender 80-20. For my donuts, Maude is worth much more than Wiggie’s wife. The very next campaign must be for Maude. #maudebyHaloween2018 (not really a thing-YET- someone get on that)

Safi, love your brackets (and math) posts. For the future, what about a “most wanted returning/vault/mystery box items” bracket? I keep waiting for the Radioactive Man Movie Set to return to help complete my movie studio area but no luck. I’d also love another chance to buy Plopper, the 3 Nerds and Lumpy (among many others). Now that I have the donuts, I want that stuff!! 🙂

I’d just like to get back the stuff I lost in the roll back glitch – lost all the job main event stuff and the who shot Mr burns mini event stuff! Had done a nice decor job with the sun dial that I miss outside the town hall
Was just about to post the same thing…I lost several characters and buildings when they wouldn’t acknowledge the rollback glitch when I first contacted them about it. Then a month later, “Oh sure, we’ll roll your game back a month for you.” 🙁
So this isn’t a purely negative rant, they did give me some donuts for my troubles. 🙂
