My Opinion On It Now: Meh, it is what it is. Bonus % is terrible for donuts spent, I certainly don’t recommend buying it.

My Opinion On It Now: I still think you’re better off saving your donuts for real characters (ie Sarah, Allison) in Springfield

What Does It Do: Very small NPCs for Springfield. (2, but they act as 1. So they move around together like Sherri and Terri)
My Opinion On It Now: Pass. Even though it’s only 30 donuts, it’s still a hard pass for me.

What Does It Do: NPC for Springfield (3 act as 1). As a bunch of you are pointing out they have tasks so they’re not an NPC.
My Opinion On It Now: Pass. Fun as a prize, but I wouldn’t spend donuts on them.

I had the grasshopper from the first time it was offered, I had it in storage until we got this cool new but house in the Zoo update now. 🦎 🦎 and I kinda needed the dynamic duo of lizards to finish that set of animals! So call me sucker I guess, but I like them to hang out with Jub Jub.
My only problem with the little lizards (whom I love😁) is that I keep mistaking them for the mutant toads. I am constantly stopping to tap them and then it’s…oh, sorry guys, my mistake😆.
The mutant rabbit remains my only 100% purchase regret. Though they improved parts of it, for a long time after it came out, you couldn’t even store the thing, and if you used its visual tasks, it would freeze everything until it was done. I try not to post negative comments, but in this case, I hereby advise everyone to avoid it.
I had stored him and just pulled him out… no more problems with the tasks or freezing in my game.
Ohhh, I’m super tempted by the mutant rabbit. I love the Alien/Gremlin thing of it… Chirpy Boy & Bart Jr. are also nice, I loved the episode but yeah… they are still a super small thingy moving around and nothing more :/
Got my wonderful lizards!!! I know they do nothing and earn the same…..but come on….LETS HEAR IT FOR LIZARDS!!! I really liked this episode…..one if those “mom things” i guess. Lol😀
The monkeys are a fun character set and I do enjoy their (12hr?) outdoor task to stare at people (they run around, stack themselves, with the top one staring). Most of the other tasks are meh.
Mutant Rabbit is a must have for Alien franchise fans. Omg, I LOVE my rabbit. I personally love his multiply task where he turns into an alien “egg” and rabbits are all hopping around my town. I do enjoy tapping on one of the rabbits to be brought back to the alien egg to see where it is lurking. I also think his other outdoor task is fun as he wanders around in his weird mutated form all Gremlin-esque.
I bought a grasshopper for my bug house too, but it’s not a must have. I love lizards so I got the pair even though I’m not an NPC person.
I didn’t remember the gremlin/Bart form (8 hr task) that the rabbit has. Just pulled him out of storage and he is now wandering my town as a green Bart Gremlin. Thanks for the reminder.😁

Chirpy Boy and Bart Jr are the only thing left from the Accursed Event that I don’t have.
I don’t even like NPCs much. Most are in storage. But I’m buying these lizards because… well, because I played the crap out of that event and couldn’t get all the prizes, and I waaaaaants them!
I have the vicious monkeys and lizards. I don’t like the monkeys and the lizards don’t do anything. Both were prizes. Thanks for the info on the bunnies, I was considering buying but will now avoid. Thank you 😊
I like the npc in my town, I have the monkeys already but won’t buy at that price or %, if the % was more then maybe, won’t buy Sarah either at 300 donuts.

Like Mr. Teeny and the Yeti? A Character (erm 3 in 1) that earns XP and $. Go ahead if you’re a completist who missed out on this obtainable Prize from yesteryear (but I see the hints from Alissa and Patric that there are other Premiums coming soon to save up for). 😉

I got the grasshopper for the meager % but more so to guard the entrance to the bug house. Considering the monkeys now since they actually have tasks.

The monkeys are characters, not NPCs. Wouldn’t 40 donuts be a steal for a character?

I went for the grass hopper as I saw someone do a creative thing with the magnifying glass with it.
I don’t like NPC and only get things like this for bonus % and since that’s not good I’ll pass on all.
I only have the monkeys (which I love 😁) but these others are priced way too high in my opinion. I broke down and got Sarah and now have under 20 donuts…and Halloween is coming–oh my! I would have bought the Maggie donut deal but still pissed at EA for not offering the 2400 donut deal to ALL players, so not spending real money for a while. I can kinda see them awarding free donuts and characters “randomly” as they call it, but c’mon, the donut deal was just a slap in the face to loyal players. Disgruntled player here lol

Yep…which is exactly why I don’t tap him…
…and then when you tap on the extras (even if by accident as they are near a proper character) it jumps you back to the original. Pain in the backside, and the reason this is the only tasked character I have in storage.
I actually try to use that to my advantage – i have it spawn from the dump/recycling area, and use the spawned rabbits to teleport there to clear and restart my recycling…
Of course, the trick is, to remember NOT to click the bunnies when you don’t need to.
Only its 12 hour task. Its 8 hour task turns it into a Bart lizard thing a and I personally love that.
I already have the Mutant Rabbit and Vicious Monkeys, passing on the NPCs. Still waiting for the you know what!

Wait… does those stupid monkeys coming back for donuts mean they pay premium now? I’ve never liked them, but I’ll dislike them a little less for earning a premium rate. That said, if I didn’t have them I wouldn’t pay to get them, either.

I got the lizards, too. I’m down to 7 I need to complete all the character groups (other than the ones from this event): the Turkey, Frog Prince & King Snorky, and the Bob Clones & Mutant Seedling from the Terwilliger event.

I remember the 2 lizards were the first characters I won in those boxes. (At least now you get them at a cheap price) The only characters I didn’t win from that event was the egg, Father Sean and Shary Bobbins. The only things I did like from that event was the content and the visual tasks for characters the rest not so much.
Those of us who have played a long time remember the first appearance of Sherry…as part of the Wheel from Hell. She is now, and forever shall be, perpetually flying in my town, near the Mapple Store.
