So unrelated to this SIB, but do you have any idea if they’re going to release a new flooring to match the crossroad prize? The ‘dirt’ one from Cowboy event isn’t the same brown so it looks weird.

If I remember correctly, the mystery box gives 1% per 7-8 donuts. And you get more donuts sometimes, and, you know, it’s a MYSTERY box! I just love those, too bad I rarely indulge…
in general, I saw Alissa posting about another mystery box (Halloween themed) coming…. so I am saving my donuts for that. Trees are just too boring 🌲🙄

Let’s see, spend 250 donuts on the ghost ship and receive a 5% bonus, or spend 250 donuts on tentacle trees and receive a 25% bonus. Or just spend 100 donuts on trees and get double the bonus (10%) you would get on the ship.

I am actually surprised the zapper isn’t unique. Passed on the boat since I saw there was a few times it was offered with black beard. still debating on more tree’s.

The tentacle trees make a good forest.
I bought two tentacle trees. Put them next to my river of nuclear waste.
If I saw an item for 100 donuts for 10% I would buy it on the spot….that is basically what the Tentacle Tree is. I bought 10 of them first thing this morning.
I passed on the Ghost Zapper several times but now that I picked up Frankenstein’s castle this Halloween event, I bought 2 of them to enhance Frankenstein’s castle. They compliment the design very nicely and the added 5% bonus was nice too.
So between just these two items I now have a 15% bonus bump.

FYI on the ghostship, the Sea Captain task may not activate, if that matters to you… I have had it since the time-traveling toaster event, and it has never triggered

Yep, this. So my ghost ship apparently will never have ghosts….
I haven’t noticed anything associated with the pirate ship,,,,I haven’t checked the Sea Captains task list to see if there’s anything new there. I’d love to have a premium task for the Sea Cap’n.

Woo ive got over 1000 donuts saved and they’re all going toward the tenticle trees (I spelled it properly this time)
Skipped the boat, bought the (sigh, not unique) zapper.
The trees are tempting, but for the same Donut/bonus ratio I can buy jet engine bikes from the Vault every six weeks, and they’re much easier to hide behind buildings 😊
Actually, the trees go pretty well behind buildings as tree-filler. I have them all over my town behind buildings. Only the green tops show, so they can go anywhere.👍🌳🎃.
