Item: Scary Dock and Blinky Monster
Cost: 170 Donuts, 50 Donut Rebate, NET 120 Donuts

My Opinion On It Now:
With the rebate this isn’t a bad pickup.  Bonus % makes it very attractive for the donut price.

  1. I just got the ability to place cobblestone roads.
So I could use the intersection from last year.

Then after my characters started piling up on it, I remembered why I don’t build roads.

  2. oktober10aussie

Passing on Blinky, but I hope to get the town square before it leaves. I’m sure that would look really nice somewhere in town.

  3. I forget how I got Blinky, I’m pretty sure I didn’t get him originally, if he was part of a mystery box last Black Friday that could be it. I’m planning on moving his island with spooky house on the hill to meet up with his new neighbors soon.(probably after Act 3 land token) I think they’ll look great all together.

  4. I picked blinky/scary down and 1 town square since the town square goes well with the cobblestone road.

  5. I bought ‘Black Lagoon’ Blinky; he fits the classic monster collection. 🙂

    • I wish they would bring back the matching swamp, also…didn’t pick it up that year and have regretted it ever since. I see it in my neighbor’s town and get “swamp envy”😁.

  6. Scary Dock & Blinky Monster or Town Square

Scary Dock & Blinky Monster is reasonably priced for a Character Combo (you’ll get a swell Bonus %, too) and I spent sprinkles on this (thank you for the Vault Discount, EA!) 😀👍

I still have my Town Square from years ago (decent Bonus %, looks cool with the Cobblestone Roads) and it’s Tappers choice since there are plenty of Premiums to choose from 😀👍

  7. The Gil-lman is likely going to be my next hit unless the Mummy absolutely amazes me next phase. It’s a bit of a variance from the original Gillman from the old Universal Monsters set, but it’s still him…

  8. I would argue that since you can place the town square on top of cobblestone roads, it’s an unusual and useful decoration piece. There are lots of intersections that would do for some sprucing up and this is just the thing!

  9. I picked up Blinky and think it’s a good buy. It’s a unique character with a few quality tasks.

  10. I bought Blinky and I recommend it. I won’t buy the town square, however, since I received one during THOH XXVII (iirc) and never found a place for it 😊
