Out with one holiday and in with another! Yes, the murky waters of Halloween have left our games and it’s time for a little turkey, as Thanksgiving makes its way into our pocket-sized towns with an all-new mini-event!
Of course, as with all events, a questline comes with it to help move us through the ins and outs of the event…and unlock all of the prizes. As was mentioned on the rundown post this mini event is your typical standard mini-event. Follow the questline to unlock prizes and call it a day…until the next event.

My Minnie is unlocked but I got no quest for her, she is now stuck and can’t do a single task! What can I do? She has been like this for days!!

I did not find a glitch reported anywhere but Part 5 did not trigger for me after I completed Part 4 few days ago. In fact, Minnie tasks are mostly locked. How do I trigger Part 5 to continue the event?
Is it just me, or are they overdoing it a bit with the “a road/river/whatever can run through it” buildings lately?

I wanted to buy king size home bundle buy I couldn’t because this msg showed up. “You can only place one of a particular unique item in your town at a time.”
I don’t have this homie and I don’t know what kind of particular unique item I have now. Can anyone tell me what should I do? Thank you.
I had the same problem with Witch Marge and the Cauldron and contacted EA. They were very helpful to sort it out. (I had the cauldron but couldn’t get Witch Marge as it was a package deal) They removed my existing cauldron I purchased and them put Marge and the Cauldron package back into my game with no extra charge. It did take a couple of days and hanging on the phone, logging in an out for them, but it was sorted. They even gave me 100 donuts for having taken so long :-O
I’m level 14, current update and event is not happening. Is this normal? Do I need to be a higher level. I did participate in the Halloween event.

Usually for mini events you need to be level 20.
I’m a little annoyed that the pre-event launch text has almost nothing to do with the event itself.

My mom grew up out east but every time it snowed out here on the west coast I’d be woken up with ‘If you don’t want to walk to school you can stay home because I’m not getting on the road with these drivers today.’ Because apparently people out here can’t drive in the snow. I walk to take transit, so I wouldn’t know.

I have a bug question, and I don’t know where else to post about it. I updated my game, and I have the Thanksgiving questline running, but I still have a questline for Womenhut. It is asking me to have her “Worship Sky Finger.” Buy every time I click on it, there is no option available for her to Worship Sky Finger. Is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone resolved it? Please help! Thanks!
Just have her do the task it has highlighted (60min task)
The next few parts of the quest line is gona be like that, were what there is no task named what the quest line talks about

For mine it was a yellow ring around it for one hour task I could not find so I did that one and i that is what worked for me. Sorry
I have a weird problem. I wanted to send Bart on the “Make Bart Do Tricks on the Half-Pipe” task, just for grins. It’s locked out, saying I need the Half-Pipe. But I do, and I’ve sent Bart on that task in the past (months ago).
What am I missing? Or is this just a hopefully-temporary bug?
My 8hour task for disapproving squirrel is grayed out as well, and yes I’m aware I need marge to be available for it.
Try to store the half pipe, and then put it back out. That may help.
I still don’t have an update option on the iPhone apps page. Just checking, is everyone with iOS unable to update? I’m getting anxious that I’m two days behind now. 🙁
I play on a Fire Tablet, two, one for me and one for my grandson. I could not get his to update. I finally turned it off and on and it finally updated.
I have an iOS device and it let me play the update since yesterday. Have you tried refreshing the apps page, under updates.
Had the same problem in the past.Updates wwouldn’t show up in my updates. So I search the app store for TSTO and can update it there.

I got it this morning although it was there yesterday ( just took a break). Don’t worry about being behind mini events are usually longer than it takes to finish, I just started today no worries.
soooo.. I downloaded the update, started the event and then forgot it was there till late at night…. now I feel like I am being left behind lol Addictions!! The dialogue between Homer and Lisa is hilarious. and the animation for Ned on the Heimlich is also hilarious, wish it was a 4hr job instead of 16hrs. Even 8hr would of been good.
The event looks great and glad to have Moe’s family in the game now can’t wait to see what black Friday stuff and so looking forward to the winter one especially if what playstore had about the event but not fully going by it. It looked quite interesting.

For now, my thought is just “When will I ever be able to play again?”, as I’m unable to download updates (“cannot connect to server” error)… 🙁
Just out of curiosity now that we have moe’s siblings and dad in the game has his mum ever been seen or mentioned on the show as I’ve seen all episodes apart from season 30 which hasn’t started in the UK yet and can’t recall any time.
