Bust out the tinsel and be sure to hang those stockings by the chimney with care because Christmas time is in the air! That’s right my friends, Christmas (and snow, lots and lots of snow) has hit our pocket-sized towns!
This year EA is trying something different, as I’ve laid out in this post, in that Christmas 2018 consists of multi-events. Basically, the Simpson family will host four stories to be told over the course of December with a new story releasing each week. As we’re taken through each story a series of prizes are released to correspond with the theme of the story. For Week 1, Act 1, we’re following a Pageant tale by Lisa, and the prizes we unlock all fit into the Pageant theme.
So let’s take a look at the third prize this week, Angel Lisa. A full character for Springfield…
Angel Lisa is a FULL character for Springfield, not a costume for Lisa, and is part of the A Simpsons Christmas Special Character Collection:

Make Lisa Ride the Carousel- 8hrs
Make Ralph Ride the Carousel- 8hrs
Make Milhouse Ride the Carousel- 8hrs
Make Homer Ride the Carousel- 8hrs
Collect Programs- x300.
Make sure you complete ALL parts of this questline to unlock Angel Lisa. You may have to scroll up in the prize box to find them all. Seeing some of you say you can’t get Angel Lisa, despite completing the tasks. This is likely a result of missing one of the required tasks. Lisa, Ralph (if you have him), Milhouse AND Homer all need to ride the Carousel in order for you to earn the prize.

NOTE: Her questline will not unlock until you’ve completed the Act 1 questline (ie unlock all of the Act 1 prizes). After that, you’ll see her questline popup. It’s also through her questline that you’ll unlock all of her tasks. So a little patience is required 🙂

Angel Lisa starts
Angel Lisa: We have a lot of work to do, Ned. You five by five?
Ned: *still speaking in tongues*
Angel Lisa: *sigh* I hate to do this, but you give me no choice. *slap*
Ned: I just had the best idea for a TV show. I call it, “Slapped by an Angel.”
Angel Lisa: Great. I’ll talk to the man upstairs about greasing the wheels with the network. Listen, I need you to tell me everything about the people of this town. Specifically, I need dirt.
Ned: I hate to be a Loose-Lipped Larry about my friends and neighbors, but if heaven wills it…

Ned: Let me first say how much I love and respect my neighbors and all the good they bring into my life.
Angel Lisa: Uh huh. Get to the dirt.
Ned: I’ve always said it — there’s nowhere I’d rather be than Springfield!
Angel Lisa: Tell you what. I’m going to say some stuff, and if you disagree with any of it, raise your right hand. Springfield is chock full of the most selfish, thoughtless, bizarre, greedy, inconsiderate heathens around. They need a swift kick in the backside, every one. Right?
Ned: *remains perfectly motionless*

Angel Lisa starts
Angel Lisa: Now that I have a more accurate picture of Springfield, I’m ready to dish out some custom-made proclamations.
Ned: Before you fly off, could I get a photo of you with the boys?
Angel Lisa: *sigh* Sure. Quick, though, okay? Time is short.
Ned: I never know whether to set the flash on “auto” or what. Let me think, let me think, let me think…
Angel Lisa: Know what? Angels can’t be photographed. I forgot to mention — we’re like vampires that way. So… see ya.

Lovejoy: Whoa, whoa, whoa. Any communiqués from above are supposed to go through me.

Angel Lisa starts

Homer: If we’re asking God for ANYTHING, I think number one should be turning every drop of water in town into wine.
Ned: *laughs uneasily* Homer, that’s a thing that Jesus does. They’re different people, you know.
Moe: Plus, if we had no water, I think we’d die, right?
Homer: Yeah, but what a way to go!
Angel Lisa: Can we get serious, for a moment. PLEASE?!

Homer: WE’LL BE LUCKY WHEN VEGETABLES TASTE LIKE ICE CREAM. NOT BEFORE!
Angel Lisa: That does it!

I haven’t been able to start angelic fury part 3. I have been given the task to make Lisa give proclamation on high, but there is a red circle with slash through the middle on the quest icon. What is required to start this quest? I obviously have angel Lisa already and all the characters needed. Does she need a special building to do this task? I’ve been playing this game for 5 years and I’ve never ran into an issue like this, so any help would be much appreciated.
My son started Christmas late. Very late. He was working all 4 stories at the same time, and he ended up going quite far. That being said, he got Angel Lisa, but wasn’t able to go further and finish up the Act. Angel Lisa’s questline opened up for him, and we thought was going fine, but it’s stuck at the 4 hr task to Give Proclamations on High. The task is in the taskbar, but it won’t let Angel Lisa actually do it. Any suggestions?

So I messed up a bit while doing these quests. for Act 1. But my husband and MIL did the same…so I don’t feel completely alone.. LOL. On some of the decorations, I only saw PART of the screen and missed the scroll UP or scroll DOWN to see the OTHER characters needed to finish tasks. So I’m waiting and waiting, and realize I need Ralph, Milhouse, Homer or whoever and WHY am I not progressing?? It doesn’t matter how big your device as it seems the menu for the quest only shows certain items and you will need to SCROLL up or down to see ALL.
I’m actually stuck on the final prize (Decoration – Pageant stage and land token)
Make Homer ride the Carousel 1/1 Done
Collect Programs 300/300 Done
But no prize given.
Exited and returned to app
Rebooted phone.

To complete the final part and unlock the Pageant stage you have to:
Place the Fair Booths
Lisa to Setup the Fair Booths
Milhouse to Ride the Carousel
Ralph the Ride the Carousel
Homer to Ride the Carousel
Collect 300 Programs

Still nothing on Angel Lisa quest (above) but since it only earns $ and xp I’m not going to worry about it. Glad no prizes involved with that quest. I’m still having trouble with land tokens but since ‘‘tis the season…..I’m going to have patience and let all the glitches roll off my shoulders……for today anyway! Too much hectic crap going on in “real life”.
Her quest won’t appear until you’ve completed Act 1 questline. Meaning you have the Pageant stage and performed the task there.
I’ve got Angel Lisa and am working on the final prize but I haven’t had her questline start. She can do her tasks apart from the 12 hour one. Anyone else have this?

I love this character — and the fact that it’s an actual character and not just a skin. More $/xp generated, keeps earthly Lisa free for other tasks, and it’s fun to see her hovering around Springfield, being the town’s moral conscience. Fun event — I moved/stored a bunch of the landscaping/decorations from my waterfront city park and am building a temporary holiday-themed park for the season.
Yes, this is a nice looking character with some cool animations, plus having another full character is always nice. But WHHHYYYYY is this a full character and not a skin?
Probably because people complain about “too many skins” so EA decided “hey let’s make this an actual character instead of a skin”…
I would guess because she is an Angel that looks like Lisa, instead of Lisa wearing an angel custom.
I assume the one with the red eyes and sword are associated with the ‘Deliver Devine Judgement’ task ?
I finished the quest but did not receive the last prize. Usually it tells me I have finished the quest and I get the prize and the quest goes away. Now it just says finished. Did I miss something?
I’m still confused (nothing new). I completed this weeks event either yesterday or day before and had all characters free but this Questline never started. I kept everyone free this morning too just to see if it would start, but it didn’t. When I click on Lisa, Ned and Homers available jobs nothing about this task shows up, in fact there are no pending tasks that show up.
What did I do wrong or what should I do?

Questline pops up AFTER Act 1 questline is over, then through her questline you’ll see all of her tasks unlock

Just a little question: Do you think that the Bundle Christmas Market is a good deal?
I didn’t like it.
The only bundle I liked was the North Pole one because of the reindeers. Now I’ve got a herd of the interspersed with the elf homes.
I liked it. It has a good bonus percent and good animations. And a fireplace that i missed from the crafting event.
I didn’t notice that it has 1% bonus which is pretty great and I think that Burns has a mission on one of the items.

Hmmm, I got the ‘make angel Lisa give proclamations on high’ quest (of course!) – but nothing else triggers for her after this, are the rest of her quests coming at ‘Twas the Pageant….’ Part 5??? – Her Angelic Fury questline haven’t triggered at all for me…
