Just a quick reminder that tomorrow (Tuesday, January 22nd) marks the end of the Not Yet Spring Cleaning mini-event! So, if you haven’t already, finish up that prize track, purchase your last few premium items, and be prepared to see the mini-event leave our games tomorrow morning! (and hopefully, something new arrives in its place)

I’m getting the popup about completing an event task with no tasks available to complete. I haven’t won the final animation item yet. What am I missing? Should I contact EA?
No Alice and the event bar disappeared only to reappear every now and then to tell me to finish and complete the task? Where is Alice where is my animation 😞
Same here, there’s a pop-up that states that I have a task to complete but it’s not showing. The event icon disappeared a few days ago for me, I thought I was done. I’m not able to get the final animation.
Yes!! I got the same message this morning showing the last event not ticked on the final reward. Even though…
1) I have Alice Glick,
2) her task list has the knitting animation task available,
3) I’ve sent her on the task and finished it, yet I still get the warning.
Very strange, must be a Glick glitch…

I’m having the same issue as many. No final animation and no task available to earn it.
Was this an Alice Glick Mini-Event? Yes, it was … and I’m still in between what I plopped for now (almost everything) vs what I’ve managed to find the right place for (Monster Brown House) 😀
Golden Goose Realitors was truthfully the only Premium I obtained (the other Buildings / Character Building Combos were cool, but I’m too busy earning Land Tokens and remodeling my Springfield to spend 🍩 ‘s on anything unless it’s from the Vault and worth it) 👍
I think I managed to finish all of the Character Tasks involving their respective Character Skins for Barney and Jasper (let’s just say voiced Characters are awesome!) 🤗
Thanks Alissa 🙂 I think that the animations were the best part of this event’s awards. I can see using the original brown house turning all monster house for Halloween decorating and Alice Glick’s interactions with the robot seal pup are hilarious.
I can’t wait for the next event… I’m probably going to be checking my account and this website a dozen times tomorrow hoping for news on the next update X/
Alice was a great character from the glory days of The Simpson’s.
Pretty good event (mini-event). Gives us a known Simpson neighbor, and a premium classic schoolmate with the hockey rink.
Now, we just need an animation of Lisa yelling, “Hack the bone! Hack the bone!”
On the downside, while it was fun initially, I’m not sure I want a dancing, extra large brown house in town.
Put it next to the dancing Kwik-e-Mart…you’ll have a set👍😄.
I keep getting notices that I haven’t finished the mini event but I have! What do I need to do to finish the event.
Nothing. It’s just a standard popup EVERYONE gets in the game now, to remind everyone when the event is ending. If you’ve finished it, just ignore it.

I enter the game and I get a message showing the animation is not checked. But I do have the animation, it is part of having a sewing circle.
Me too… I think we’re all getting a notification to finish the game, even tho we’ve completed everything. Just another “stranger thing” to add to the list.😁🤷♀️
I completed the track and there’s nothing left for me to do but I didn’t receive the last animation and it doesn’t have a check next to it, what should I do?

Have you checked Alice’s task list in case it’s really there ? It’s an 8 hour knitting circle.
Can’t finish the sequence – the animation is still locked, and I have no tasks available to unlock it. Anyone else?

I’m having the same issue and have nothing in my task book. Finished everything but the last item appears randomly and is unchecked.
Yes, same. It’s come up twice with the event ending reminder. I completed it days ago, and having been sending Alice on that task.
I have the same issue.
Plus, even after contacting EA, the town of one of my kids is still missing the entire event after it started.
