Love is in the air friends! Yes, Valentine’s Day is back in our pocket-sized towns! And this time around things are going to be done, Springfieldian Style.
Love, Springfieldian Style follows the same event structure that the Simpsons Christmas Special event followed. This event consists of 4 parts (or Acts), with each part lasting a week and taking us through a new part of the event!
For Week 1, Act 1, we’re following a love story as told by Lisa, and the prizes we unlock all fit into the Lisa Live theme.

(hey we got a new Character from the School Employees section)
I got him yesterday and I like that his tasks are at uncommon locations especially the DMV which is only used by Patty and Selma. I would of liked to have seen a task along the lines of “Inspire Students” or “Write Inspirational but Confusing Messages” to reference the episode he first appeared in. At least he has one job that references the episode which is his 4 hour task.
ARe you people having troubles with the last task of this week? Everytime I tap on Lisa to fulfil her task game crashes down… Since yesterday I can’t play
No news on the zoom problem then still waiting !! Needs sorting through love the game and won’t give up just can’t design anything in my town now !!!
Maybe I just don’t get it, but so far this event doesn’t feel like a love based event to me.

It is with sadness that I bid TSTO goodbye. I have played for many years, but with the latest update the game is unplayable on my Kindle. EA does not care enough to fix it, so I am quitting. I may stop by from time to time to check on Patric though!
I wouldn’t say they don’t care. That issue arose less than a week ago, some issues take longer than others to fix. Not always possible for instant gratification when it comes to game problems.
I too played for years on a 2nd generation Kindle Fire HD, it was good as it didn’t seem to suffer from the glitches that are regularly reported on here. Just a shame that it started getting slow even though it had lots of spare memory. I’m now happy with the Galaxy Tab I bought to replace it (nice bigger screen as well) I hope your Kindle gets better soon
It took about a month after I reported a Kindle problem for them to fix it.
After having 2 Kindles die on me in a years time I switched to a Samsung tablet. Very happy with that choice. Hopefully you’ll be back.

With events now being shorter, will we have more events or more downtimes?
Only EA knows for sure.
My guess is more downtime. We were accustomed to the sequence “6 weeks event” – “2 weeks mini-event” – “occasional one week idle” etc. Either EA alternates between 6W events and 4W events, or they’ll all be 4W and there will be a “free week” after every major event.
