Love, Springfieldian Style Prize Guide: Act 3, Prizes 1 and 2 Contraception Overlook and Quantum Tunnel

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Love is in the air friends!  Yes, Valentine’s Day is back in our pocket-sized towns!  And this time around things are going to be done, Springfieldian Style.

Love, Springfieldian Style follows the same event structure that the Simpsons Christmas Special event followed.  This event consists of 4 parts (or Acts), with each part lasting a week and taking us through a new part of the event!

For Week 3, Act 3, we’re following a cop tale as told by Bart and the prizes we unlock all fit into the Bart to Another Future theme.

  1. Contraception Overlook reminds me of the Tongue Kiss Point from the Halloween event which can work in a design by the mountains. The Quantum Tunnel is an interesting decoration which works with roads on both sides and the sidewalk can be hidden on it like cityscaper has done and Bindi55 using the tunnels with it. I was originally going to store both of these decorations but once I get more land I plan on adding the tunnel, maybe the overlook, plastic surgery center and limo in a future area but combine it with the Zenith City buildings from superheroes.

  2. Contraception Overlook – the name and the animation are big LOL (due to its size? I think this will be going in Storage for now)

Quantum Tunnel – having a better time with placement (because it’s not as big as Contraception Overlook) and you can line it up with the road and either direction (still fun to watch when Tapped)

Buildings are preferred over Decor, except it feels odd to have Buildings that are not even used by Characters (this has been a particular problem since Day one, but it would be difficult to have every Building assigned a permanent Character Task – so take time to enjoy vs complain, right?)👍

  3. It makes a good ending (or maybe a new beginning ….) for the Stonecutter Tunnel.

  4. I like the tunnel, but a bit disappointed it won’t go on the mountains.

  5. Totally love the quantum tunnel, don’t know what am going to do with it but it’s awesome 😃😀💐💐💐

    • Things need to make sense in my head, so i LOVE getting the quantum tunnel. I plan to use it as an entry to all the future stuff I got from the previous event. Now it’ll all make sense in my game lol

  6. Thanks a lot Alissa! The overlook reminds of the Tongue-Kiss point of halloween (right?), but the quantum tunnel animation is awesome 😀

  7. I was expecting so much more with the tunnel. Love the animation but the road just will not line up… what’s up with that? 🤔

  8. been playing, not reading much on WDTCF posts. I have to say, I figured there would have been some quests to do with the building prizes in weeks 1 and 2.
