Just a friendly reminder that tomorrow morning, Wednesday, February 13th, week 4 (Act 4) of Love, Springfieldian Style will be starting. The official start time is 10am ET (1500 GMT).
While the Week 3 questline (and weeks 1 and 2 for that matter) won’t be going anywhere, so if you haven’t finished the prizes you’ll have a chance to complete it even after Week 4 starts, some of the premium items will be leaving the store.
So of you planned to purchase Nikki McKenna (SIB linked) do so before it leaves our games.
Also, here’s some inside info to help you prepare for Week 4 to start…
Snake will be telling the story during Week 4. Characters needed for week 4 tasks are:
Homer
Lisa
Bart
Marge
Cletus
Comic Book Guy
Burns
Kent Brockman
Sea Captain
Carl
Lenny
Vicki Valentine (Premium)
Capri Flanders (Premium)
Nedward Flanders Sr. (Premium)
There will also be one new premium characters introduced during week 4, and that character will be able to help with the currency earning for week 4. (150 donuts will be needed if you’d like to purchase the character)

Hi, I didn’t know where to put this, but I figured people might be checking here today (I guess I could wait until Friday…). I also searched and couldn’t find anything, so either an article has not been written about it before, or my search skills are sub-average, hehe. But, I send the majority of KrustyLand ticket earners on 24 hr jobs there (or just 12 in the case of some players). I don’t send railyard earners there, and during events, I don’t send the characters used for event earning. So, my question is, do you generate more in-game cash for sending them to KL and then exchanging tickets earned for cash or do you earn more for sending them on 24 hr jobs in Springfield? I’ve recently started KEM farming, and I’d like to keep my cash high. I haven’t cashed in my tickets since the whole KL event, so I have a ton. I’m saving them just in case, hehe. But, as I’ve been reading many articles on KEM farming, I always see that you need to keep cash up, but it never mentions using KL tickets as a way to generate cash (in addition to all the buildings there that generate tickets every X hours). So, I know the math is relatively simple, but I was curious if people use this exchange to keep their cash up, and if they find it more valuable to send players there (it takes more time bc you can’t just use the job office to send them there – on that note, EA, why can’t there be a KL job button to send all KL characters on jobs there?!). Anyway, thanks for any thoughts, and the long post is officially over!

I’m getting induced to have my baby in a couple of days – I was hoping it would be after the event ended but needs to happen sooner. I would like to still try to get as many of the prizes without using my donut stash (if possible). I just want to check as long as I start the event even if it ends before I finish the entire prize track I can still finish for the prize I will be on? Or put a reminder in my phone to use my donut stash to get through everything before the ends. I’ve always finished the events so sorry if this seems like a stupid question!!

You should be able to finish the prize you’re on in the prize track.
Can you still earn event currency after the event ends? Won’t she still need to be earning dog-bones to get the prize she hasn’t finished yet? I’m confused.🤔
Never mind…she isn’t talking about the end of act 4, she’s talking about the end of act 3….duh…maybe more coffee will help me🤪.
I was actually talking about the end of act 4 Ebron – but I’m pretty sure you can still earn the prize I will be up to from what I’ve read on here. I’m on track to either finish before I’m induced or absolute worst case scenario I will be only one cycle out which I may even rush or have my husband do while I’m in labour 😝

Thanks Alissa – super excited to get this babe here safely! I’m on track to finish the event before my induction on Monday morning (in Australia) the pregnancy insomnia has helped with some extra tapping sessions. Worst case scenario I should definitely be on the last prize of the track so will either be able to rush it or get my husband to tap while I’m in labour 🤣

Missing the rush you get from earning those Bonuts! And I kinda like crafting TBH… It was nice to have a break but these are getting a lil boring I guess…
I agree… I liked having something to actually do. Given the popularity of the Stonecutters event,, I’m surprised they don’t try to incorporate some of those elements into later events. It was fun solving daily riddles. Really wondering if future events are following the same pattern back to back. That’s going to get stale real quick….imo.
I contacted EA support because my game is still stuck in zoom. Sorry to say they couldn’t help until an update corrects the problem.
I am not sure that i am too fond of this setup, theres a lot of great prices indeed, but there is no bo-nuts, no real need of visiting your neighbors and zero strategy. I thought the in-between periods with one act was a welcome break, but i dont need four of them in a row! Naaah…
