Love is in the air friends! Yes, Valentine’s Day is back in our pocket-sized towns! And this time around things are going to be done, Springfieldian Style.
Love, Springfieldian Style follows the same event structure that the Simpsons Christmas Special event followed. This event consists of 4 parts (or Acts), with each part lasting a week and taking us through a new part of the event!
For Week 4, Act 4, we’re following a doggie tale as told by Snake and the prizes we unlock all fit into the All Dogs Go to Jail theme.
So let’s take a look at the first two prizes this week, Shady and the Vamp Houses and the Dining Animals…

Size: 6×16, while visually it’s 2 houses they cannot be separated for placement. Both houses are linked together and must be used together in design. So they will take up 6×16 in space.

What Does it Do?: No questline associated with this one. Bart has a 4hr task there to “Play with Puppies”

What Does it Do?: During the prize track questline, All Dogs Go to Jail, Snake has a task here. After that, there is no additional questline or tasks associated with it. The decoration is animated when tapped.

I like the design of the Shady and the Vamp houses which can work in a lot of different locations in Springfield like France, England, Mansion Districts or Springfield Heights. I wish that the houses were two separate buildings since the size is kind of awkward but I’ll settle with them being one building. I love what everyone has done with their Dining Animals like adding them to the zoo and Luigi’s, I still have no idea where to put them though I might add some patios with them.

I have found a nice spot for the dining animals at the entrance of my zoo, that I’ve just started rebuilding using new space obtained from free land tokens.

Not sure where everyone is that are unable to login but It would seem that EA/Origin servers are down in Australia and New Zealand for all games. Apparently since 4am local time.
Yesterday 14/2 & today 15/2 I’ve been unable to get into my game in Aust Eastern timezone from approx 5.45am to after 9am. Very frustrating!

EA hates us Aussies! Every new event starts after 1am Aust Eastern time & now we can’t log in in our morning times!
