Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
As we near the end of the Love, Springfieldian Style Event and take a look at that prize haul it can be a bit overwhelming. With an event that ran, just about, 4 weeks it can be hard to remember what arrived with week 1 and just want it did. It can also be hard just remembering what they heck came with this event.
While I break down each item individually and include character tasks there, if there are any, it can be difficult to remember just who goes where. So I’ve compiled one list of all the character tasks associated with a building. Now you’ve got one place to go back and look to see which character animates which building from the Valentine’s Day Event.
So let’s take a look…
Note: In this list I only included “Odd Ball” characters to animate the buildings. Meaning regular Springfield characters, not associated with the building in general, who have a task at one of the event buildings. If the building came with the character it’s not included in this list. Also, Groundskeeper Wilma animates ALL the Shelbyville buildings so she’s not included here either.

Thanks for this! EA seems to have done away with the pop up dialogue that usually accompanies a new building and usually identifies the new task and job holder. Some of these characters have so many 4 hours tasks I probably would not have realized it until months later (Willie, Grandpa, Bart and Lisa are starting to rival Homer for amount of tasks!)
Glad to see some new tasks for some neglected characters like Patty, Selma and Miss Hoover!
Since all the characters tasks at the event buildings are 4 hours (excluding Wilma), do all the buildings have an 8 hour earning rate or generates income every 8 hours?
From what I remember, yes. If not all most of them. I remember rewriting the $150/8hrs A LOT for earning this event
At least some of them buildings have premium rates which made a slight difference.😆 I’d also like to see some more buildings with rarer earning rates such as 3,5,6,10,16,20, 36 and 48 hours. Maybe even another building like the Stonecutter Lodge which earns a weekly rate.😀

I don’t know if anyone has thought of this styling tip… I placed the Canada border crossing & lined up the mountain thingy & road with the ‘Back To The Future’ car aligning the central gateway to the crossing & I have fun just hitting the thing to see the car rocket off to Canada.

Thanks Keith; Sorry I cannot; Elderly lady on an old ipad. No mobile phone device either. The placement of the 2 items I described just seems to work for me in a funny way!
In both my towns I placed the items toward the edges of my towns – like the car was rocketing off to Canada!
As an Australian I found that funny – We see a show here about Canadian customs officers @ the land border crossing between USA & Canada. They seem very stiff & difficult officers to deal with!
No offence meant to my many Canadian TSTO neighbours! My elder daughter even lived & worked in Whistler Canada for 2 years. Loved the country; But I’ve never been there.
Agree that there seem to be way too many 4hr tasks. That said, thank you for compiling this list. There are a number of tasks that I never would’ve known about. Nice work!

I wish there was more variety than just some short 4 hour tasks. Hopefully next event will have longer tasks. It just seems very repetitive
