After a week hiatus, we finally have some new content in Springfield! A new mini-event went live in our games yesterday morning…State of Despair. Of course, an all-new mini-event means all new premium content in our stores, just tempting us to drop those pink sprinkles!
As we all know, that limited-time label can tempt us to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add Judge Harm and the Juvenile Court to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this ballet combo to your town…

Pros
-Helps with the event, earns a special premium rate
-A couple of amusing animated tasks, 8 and 12hrs
-Comes with a questline for Judge Harm and a bonus questline for Homer (appears when you finish Judge Harm’s)
Both Pro and Con, Depending on how you play…
-Homer has a permanent premium task at the court (Create Magical Memories, 4hrs)
Cons
-Not voiced
-Juvenile Court is pretty generic looking (I mean it’s from the show, so not EA’s fault). Would have been better if she came with the houseboat
Final Thought
Premium or Freemium:
As the only new premium combo with this event, it’s a good buy. She’ll help with the mini-event and she’s pretty memorable.
Of course, in the end, it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do…and as a premium player, I already picked it up. But whatever you decide, just make sure you make your final decision before it leaves our games for good (or for now).

I passed, but that doesn’t mean other Tappers should do the same (unless, like me, you’re accumulating 🍩 ‘s to spend on St. Patrick’s – come on, EA, make sure we get a good Mystery Box by then!) 😂
Instant buy and her being a parody of Judge Judy makes it even better yet.
Meh. I’d probably consider it with the houseboat. Animation of Homer sinking it would be an instant buy (bonus points for EA if it involded the guard seal)

I agree her house boat – with ‘guard seal’ Poncho! – would have been a cooler inclusion.

I picked her up. Wish she was voice by Jane Kaczmarek from the episode.
Under Pro’s it says visuals are 8 and 12hrs but the grid shows 1 and 12 hrs. and the 8hr task of sharpening pencils at the practice rink.
I think the locations for Judge Harm were accidentally copied over from Lewis’s locations!
