It’s that time of the week again, time for the Addicts Weekly Open Thread! So, let’s get the conversation going! Oh and remember…just because this is posted here today doesn’t mean you can’t comment on it all week long. This open thread will still be open for comments long after today is over!

We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part, you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

An all-new mini-event hit our TSTO games this past week, what are your thoughts on the State of Despair? Excited to see Governor Bailey enter the game? How about Judge Harm? How about the Sky Finger Monument?

My Skyfinger has disappeared. It is not in storage. Does anyone else have this problem?
If this has been asked or gone over I apologize. I couldn’t find it.
My Golden Goose Realty seems to only give me a tile every other 12 hours. I’ll go to check on it when it’s time and it’s reset like I just tapped it and I don’t get a tile. This has been going during this event . Anybody else? Any solution?
Anyone have their characters stuck on the celebrate quest. I sent nearly every character except those collecting pasta and now the ones celebrating keep celebrating. My quest line is gone and I have governor Bailey. Any suggestions on how I can get my characters to stop celebrating. I mean a party has to end sooner or later. Lol
Did you try to store the building they were in?
I would request the sky finger god statue to be upgradeable like the irs building.
I would like it to include character tapping…
And be upgradable to 1 second instead of 24 hours.

I just visited my 5 games.
The first one had an valuable glitch. When I clicked on the friends icon and return with the home icon, my buildings had new income available. This included the Golden Goose and wailing walls. After collecting the land icon I clicked on the GG and it showed 1:46. Exited and return and I was able to collect another land icon. It did not affect characters or mini-games or the finger.
The second game had a bad glitch. I wasn’t able to collect income from any long term buildings. They were almost all reset the the maximum time.
I returned and the finger was ready. I found a few building with income. 3 building close together: the greenhouse, welcome to Canada and She She lounge. Exiting and returning reset the income but not the clock. I am going to not click the finger and see if more buildings will generate income.
The third, fourth, and fifth game were normal.
In my inventory I have trees that just has view under them instead of use. Why is that?
They are in your group storage.
Pretty sure Alissa is tired of these glitch comments, but here’s just one more.
I think the glitch has to do with when you initially tapped the Sky Finger Monument, which buildings did it clear, etc.
When I initially tapped the finger, first time 9AM, my 12H houses had just been collected from and my 16H houses had yet to be paid out. When I tapped Sky Finger, it cleared all businesses. Later when my 16H homes were ready to be collected, I signed in and there was no money/reward available and it showed that every home had just been collected (no payouts granted).
I waited 1 day, 12H from the first SF tap, then paid the donuts to reset the 24H Sky Finger timer for 9PM. This fixed the issue with my GGR tokens and 16H homes, they were again paying out as normal.
So, it’s not a “fix”, but perhaps if players save up donuts and reset the Sky Finger payout time, then make sure you’re in-game before the rewards pop up, and it should all be there for you. I just sign in at 8:45pm twice per day and leave it open until payout.
I’ve since stored Sky Finger and wish it would just go away or get fixed soon.
Have my sky fingers crossed for the next update for the fix, pun intended.
Ah fun fact, there’s actually only one 8:45PM per day. I meant 8:45 both AM/PM.
Collect from all of your buildings.
Initiate a store purchase but do not complete it.
Make Maggie cry.
Immediately collect from all of the same buildings.
Rinse and repeat.
It also works by just clicking on the friends icon and then returning to your own Springfield, Springfield State.
I am super irritated that I am still in zoom mode. I really hope it would have been fixed by now.
