After a week hiatus, we finally have some new content in Springfield!  A new mini-event went live in our games…State of Despair.   New event means new prizes to earn and new prizes mean it’s time for everyone’s favorite prize breakdown posts!

Remember, this event is designed to follow a series of tasks via the questline to unlock prizes.  For each of the parts of the State of Mine questline, you’ll have to earn  via various character tasks in order to unlock the prize for that part.

So let’s take a look at the third prize, the Pot Belly Pigeon Feeder…

What Does it Do?: Comes with a 2 part questline.  Animated when tapped.  Bart has an 8hr task there “Fill the Pigeon Feeder”, Lisa has a 4hr task there “Feed the Pigeons”.
WDTCF: “Bart vs. Lisa vs. The Third Grade” S14 E3. Pot-Bellied sparrow is the state bird, and bow-tie is the state pasta.

Marge starts

Marge: I’m proud of you for volunteering to help out with the Pot Belly Pigeon Bird Feeder, Bart.
Bart: It doesn’t count as volunteering if it’s court-mandated, Mom.
Marge: Shhhh. If you’re quiet you can hear its majestic cry.
Pot Belly Pigeon: Burp! I think it’s found a mate!
Barney: Buuuurp!
Bart: Oh boy.

Marge: I think that’s enough time appreciating these majestic creatures and how they soar through the air. Let’s head home for dinner. I don’t know why, but I’m in the mood for chicken.

Bow Tie Birdie Pt. 2
Lisa starts

Lisa: Bart, make sure you don’t feed the pigeons rice. It’s bad for them.
Bart: Duh, I know that. That’s why I’ve been feeding them pasta.
Lisa: Pasta! Well, I guess that’s OK as long as no one feeds them boiling water.
Marge: Come get some water, birdies, while it’s still piping hot!
Luigi: And I’ll just leave out this plate of marinara sauce.
Lisa: No!
