Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
After a very long wait, it’s finally update time in our pocket-sized Springfields! The Real Moms of Springfield mini-event made its way into our towns this morning, nothing like celebrating the MOMs of Springfield! What will happen in the new update? Will Ruth be sent back to prison? Will Quimby find any long lost children? Will any of this make sense? Well, you’ll have to read the dialogue to find out!
Of course, as with all events, a questline comes with it to help move us through the ins and outs of the event…and unlock all of the prizes. As was mentioned on the rundown post this mini event is your typical standard mini-event. Follow the questline to unlock prizes and call it a day…until the next event.
So let’s take a look at the questline to see just how to unlock all new prizes…

I don’t know if Part 3 is Fixed, but the task bar just now indicated 150 where the menu indicated 200.
So….
I rushed a few tasks to reach 149.
Then I sent everyone out at once to earn~157.
Whoops, I meant 207. But now it fixed at 150.
For Parts 3 & 4, who are the MOMs that can be sent for the tasks “Make MOMs Meet for Java” and “Make MOMs Enjoy a Better Life”?

Maybe it’s withdrawal talking, but this mini-event doesn’t seem so bad 😄
I love this game. I’m happy we have a mini-event, but I was OK with the lull too because it gave me lots of time to dig deep into the yearbook, add lots of cool items I missed the first and second time around, and to concentrate on adding to and designing my town. It also gave me more time to drop in on my neighbors to oooh and ahhh over their designs. And Yay! For the tennis courts. That much appreciated gift from EA gave my XP percentage the boost that I needed. Call me a Bliss Ninny, Patric (and if you do, I still love you) but I’m a Happy TippieTippie Tapper.
While I was able to get on the server earlier and start the questing, I can’t get on any more. I never had problems with the servers before but they have changed something and now I can not connect to the game. Maybe after awhile, the server will let me on.
This may not work, but try going to the EA main webpage and logon there, then log off. Now try to log into your game. I’ve been locked out before and this worked, so hopefully it will help.😁
Yeah they fixed the connectivity issues – NOT. Any time I try to donut farm the iOS version disconnects and gives me the infamous Bart screen with the counter. Guess they think that will discourage rat trap truck farming. NO it won’t just will do it in smaller increments. Have too much money saved up not to farm.
So glad I don’t want any of this stuff! My game has been bugged since last Friday! about 300+ towns people stuck in a Krusty Burger with finished 4 hour jobs I can keep turning in over and over… woohoo! XP booster rocks! Went from level 289 to 939 in a day, and farmed $70 worth of donuts!
Now that I know the prizes here, I will keep farming! Thanks!

Sorry Alissa and folk…its been uh…..a few hours or so since the new update…I love it..or am content with it, either way…..what is wrong with people? Man…so much negative vibes….the flow is becoming….irritating at the least. People!!! This is a great game based on a TV show and Family we should aspire towards. Sorry…if you don’t like the game, stop playing….leave. Selfishness and entitlement are actually ruining the world we all have to share….unfortunately. An “old” saying goes, …or I’ll make it mine…..Mike ….look….if you don’t have anything nice or good to say, then…..say it somewhere else…where I am not…or STOP TALKING…like Riker said….”STOP TALKING….as in KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!!…….or something like that….lol. I like the mini event and the prizes. I hope that we will eventually get back to “normal” with a full scale event.

You know what would be AWESOME? If i could actually get on the stupid game! I just did some extra MB download thing…. after a half hour to still get the freaking bart screen. Soooo happy for the event. Maybe I’ll get the chance to get on and PLAY. sorry to all my neighbours….i try and visit but mostly get booted off. Would love to stay a while and visit….but, you know. 😞

Y’all know I love 💕 y’all. Almost as much as I enjoy being a wisenheimer.
I never feel bad when people get items cheaper than I did. I for one have benefited from these deals one time or another. I chalk it up too I have benefited from the character or item since I bought it. Be it extra income or XP points and at the very least just to look at. Also, after six years of playing there are things I have missed. I have most everything I could want because of items being offered again. Sometimes more expensive, or an item that had been free now has a cost. I still want Respectful Moe, The Christmas Volcano, and the two sets of NPC bad guys for the Superhero Ally. So, if there are things I want, why wouldn’t I want other people to have the same opportunity? Be happy you have the means to get items when they come out. That is why you are a premium player after all. Support those who just start or have not have had the means or time to grind for items. Those players are excited to get those missed items. Why can we not be just as excited for them. At least we get a land token this time around 😄

So, Real Moms of Springfield Mini-Event (it says Part 1, could this be a multi-part continuing with Father’s Day in Part 2?) 🤔
Fairly standard Event Prizes (Decor, Building, Character(s), Character Skin) – but my question is regarding the only new Premium (150 sprinkles, is she worth it? or should one go for those Premium Character Building Combos they don’t have in the Mystery Box! logic tells me 30 🍩 ‘s goes a long way vs 150 🍩’s for just one Character Building Combo that I don’t think will make a difference with the amount of Event Currency it will generate) 🤷🏼♂️

OK in my prize track it shows the land token but, I already have bought all available land. I’m curious to see if I get the token. Having purchased all the land I’ll have no way to know if I get it or not. The only way I know of to see land token count was to select an unpurchased land tile to see token count, I have no tiles to select to see the token count!

Springfield Aquarium is currently for sale for 300 donuts. If you scroll through the Yearbook Mystery Box, you can find it in there. For 30 donuts a try, you have a 20% chance of getting it. Most it will cost you is 150 donuts. I got it on the 2nd try so it cost me 60 donuts, plus I got other prizes…great bargain!

Exactly why I’m not spending 150 sprinkles on a new Character Building Combo when I will go for Apu’s Wife – Manjula with Apartment Building – in the Mystery Box for 30 sprinkles (she will earn Event Currency at the same rate) 😊 👍
I’m on the task to get the characters Mona & Nana Sophie and I have 171 of the 200 crappy mothers day gifts but it says I need more storage to earn anymore. Any idea how to do that?

I think its not right if I bought two characters with a lot of donuts and now you can have them as a prize. I have that building which produces land token, is that a good prize for me?

I’ve come to the conclusion, if we earned prior Prizes that are being offered now as Event Prizes? it’s just EA catering to the noobs (I’m too busy Farming 🍩 ‘s and hey Arnie Pye is available via the Vault for 60 sprinkles!) 😊👍
This actually isn’t a new practice. It’s happened with several of the major events as well.
