Let the games begin! After a long hiatus, we finally have a major event in Springfield! Game of Games has arrived and it looks to be a game fest of nerdy proportions!
The Game of Games follows the same event structure that the Simpsons Christmas Special and Valentine’s Day events before it. This event consists of 4 parts (or Acts), with each part lasting a week and taking us through a new part of the event!

I’ve been having an issue for a few weeks where all my friends disappear. They always reappear within a day or less. Has anyone else experienced this?
i can’t open the game anymore
if i click on the app it opens for like one second and then is shutting down
i tried to cancel the app several times, turned off the phone as well but nothing changes
could it be that the simpson is not working anymore on a old iphone4?

I’m not bothering wasting sprinkles on Blocko Angelica Button (New Premium) as I have all the other Characters (maybe she will help a noob that doesn’t have all of the Characters? I dunno, 250 🍩’s are best spent at the Mystery Box, in my opinion). This doesn’t feel like a grind, the dialogue once again is quite clever – spot-on with lampooning Esports & E3! 😁
I will reserve judgment for the Act One Prizes after I have obtained them all (new Buildings are cool if they come with permanent character tasks, new Decor is alright if it doesn’t waste space AND increases your Bonus XP %). Keep on Tapping and Tagging! 😉👍
Don’t mind the repeated format, just SO happy to have new content & characters to work toward! Whoot!!

Dang I haven’t played this game since the last major event glad to see its now a Battle Royal game 😂
I think the first two prizes are probably the best for this week but I’m not sure on The Detonator if he has decent visual tasks and all his indoor tasks are not at common locations like the Brown House, KEM, Krusty Burger and Simpsons House. It would be great if we could get multiples of the third and fourth prizes.

Are there going to be any “tappables” in this event? Either in our town or our neighbours? I miss something more interactive to do other than sending my characters on tasks.

Yep. Nothing on my fire. “Unavailable” when I go to the app store, no updates when I check for updates. Could be my device is now too old? Valentine’s worked fine. 🙁
As always with new game updates The lovely Bart Screen…. well I will catch up on some Simpson’s on tv…. and try again tomorrow

I started this event late due to the same problem, but once again TSTO will always remind Tappers to expect this if too many are logging in at once to play (please don’t sweat it, if you have all the Characters? you will easily complete Act 1)😁👍

Yeah mine won’t connect if I use my wifi but will on my 4G for some reason. Annoying and I had to do the in-game part if the update using my data.

Me too. No update yet and I am not seeing the app in the store.
I’ve been playing 95% of the time on my company iPad, because it’s soooo much faster (and bigger), but I took out my 2017 Kindle Fire HD to see if I could answer your question.
Although the update download didn’t take all that long, and neither did the updates counter (“x/y installed”), the donut then proceeded to spin for AGES. Suspecting something was up with that, I started to back out and then up came the age screen and then the sign-in screen. Once I got thorough those, everything was fine (albeit much slower than I’ve been used to with my iPad, but not slower, I think, than my Kindle was last time I used it).
What problem are you encountering? If you could be more specific, maybe I can be more helpful….
