Let the games begin! After a long hiatus, we finally have a major event in Springfield! Game of Games has arrived and it looks to be a game fest of nerdy proportions!
The Game of Games event follows the same event structure that the Simpsons Christmas Special and Love, Springfieldian Style events followed. This event consists of 4 parts (or Acts), with each part lasting a week and taking us through a new part of the event!
For Week 1, Act 1, we’re following Bart and Lisa’s quest for E4 passes. All of the prizes unlocked during week 1 play a role in that storyline.
So let’s take a look at the first two prizes this week, the E4 Convention Center and Blockoland…
First up, prize 1, the E4 Convention Center…
How You Unlock it:
E4 No Access Pass Pt. 1
Make Bart Attempt to Steal VIP Passes- 4hrs
Collect VIP Passes- x200.
Once achieved you’ll unlock the E4 Convention Center…

Build Time: Instant
Earns: $150, 13xp/8hrs
Conform-O-Meter: Consumerism +10
Can Be Placed: grass|pavement|boardwalk|pier|dirt
What Does it Do?: No questline associated with this one, however, the VIP Passes will be earned here once unlocked. (so the characters will go here to complete the tasks). The flags on the building do wave when in use.
Task: Bart has a permanent 4hr task there, Play Game Demos.

Reach Level 13 and Build Android’s Dungeon
Make Bart Enter Scavenger Hunt Challenge- 4hrs
Collect VIP Passes- x300.
Once achieved you’ll unlock Blockoland…

Item: Blockoland
Size: 12×13
Build Time: Instant
Earns: $90,10xp/4hrs
Conform-O-Meter: Consumerism +10
Can Be Placed: grass|pavement|boardwalk|pier|dirt
What Does it Do?: No questline associated with this one, Milhouse will have a task there during the event. Blockoland is animated when in use.
Task: Maggie has a permanent 4hr task there, Pretend to Enjoy Herself

I made a design with the E4 so that there is space outside it for the items that appear in later acts but have got the flower cart at E4. I might add some billboards and CONRAD with it. Blockoland is in front of my (WIP) Krustyland and I got the dragon, some rainbow trees and walls with it. It would’ve been cool to get the blocko sight seeing vehicle with it and some more blocko items.
I thought I would be done with Part 5, but did not realize beside Bart Hide form Security there was also a Lisa Hide from Security task. Oh well, in four hours I will be done.
As a busy adult, who’s busy adulting, I appreciate the new event format. I can play, even start the event a day and a half late, and still finish before the next act begins. Oh, and I like the stuff we have received so far for this event.
I love not being stressed out about my Game! 😀
Blockoland is now an annex of my Angelica Buttons world, but it may end up as an island of it’s own…we’ll see😁

I have already completed part 5 last night, without waiting each week for the next act to start, all parts followed as the last act was completed. Not a very challenging event, more of a mini event. Was hoping for more. But love this game So will stick with it.
Blocko Angelica Button also has a permanant task at Blockoland!
Yea, I think I put that on her task list. But always a helpful reminder here as well 🙂
E4 Convention Center and Blockoland
At first it’s somewhat odd having another Convention Center in this Game App, but at least it offers one permanent Character Task (maybe over time EA will add other Characters besides Bart Simpson). Blockoland looks fine in Krustyland (considerate in an area meant for Toddlers, all the more reason why Milhouse should have a permanent Task here with Maggie Simpson – make that so, EA!)
