Game of Games: Week 3 Questline Siblings and Sorcery

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Let the games begin!  After a long hiatus, we finally have a major event in Springfield!  Game of Games has arrived and it looks to be a game fest of nerdy proportions!

The Game of Games follows the same event structure that the Simpsons Christmas Special and Valentine’s Day events before it.  This event consists of 4 parts (or Acts), with each part lasting a week and taking us through a new part of the event!

For Act 3 we are tasked with continuing the story of the Evergreen Terrors, and Homer’s unending quest for E4 tickets!  Each part of the story will unlock another prize themed for the third part of the story. As we should all know by now, these multi-events lead to some phenomenal dialogue.  So let’s take a look at the full dialogue for week 3, in case you missed any of it by tappin’ too fast…

As a reminder, here’s the story’s synopsis:

Homer goes to Mr. Burns for help to get the kids replacement E4 passes and found out that Burns has
purchased a bunch of passes to scalp them from profit. Homer pays a fortune for the passes and Burns renews his pledge of allegiance to Capitalism.

Milhouse is stressed about battles and the team loses a match. Bart tries to rally the team with an
inspiring speech and a sugar rush. Just as the kids pep up, their arch-rival Report Card makes an
appearance, and unwanted advance toward Lisa!

Milhouse and Bart meet the real Dash Dingo, only to find out that he’s an American dingo playing an
Australian dingo. Milhouse causes the Evergreen Terrors to lose again because he’s star-struck with
Dash Dingo and not concentrating on the game.

On the next round of McTrigger: The Game 2, Nelson wins points for the team by having his character
dance in the game and Sophie is able to win the game taking the Evergreen Terrors to the finals!

Professor Frink shows up and warns that the town is doomed! It appears that he created a machine that
summons a storm around an island off the coast of Springfield. The machine has been hacked and the
storm is now aimed at Springfield, bringing destruction with it. Bart is able to go through the machine’s operating code and finds the failsafe, disabling the machine and shutting down the storm.

Report Card reappears and threatens Bart. Report Card is also now holding the Detonator as his prisoner so that he cannot chaperone Bart and his team to the esport finals.

Now on with the story!

Game of Games Pt. 3

Homer: Mr. Burns, I need your help. I need replacement passes to E4 for my kids.
Burns: You’ve come to the right place. I always buy a bunch of passes then sell them for a profit.
Homer: You’re scalping tickets. That’s terrible.
Burns: Believe me, this is by far the least bloody scalping I’ve ever done.
Make Homer Get Ripped Off for Blackmarket Tickets- 6s
Make Mr. Burns Pledge Allegiance to Capitalism- 6s

Siblings and Sorcery Pt. 1

Milhouse: The stress of these battles is getting to me. Does anyone have a Baby Bjorn I could borrow? I need to carry Puppy Goo Goo around on my chest.
Sophie Krustofsky: Chill, Milhouse. It’s just a game.
Larry Kidkill: No it isn’t. I bet a lot of money on you kids. If you lose, I’m taking the money from your parents.
Milhouse: I’m gonna need a bigger Puppy Goo Goo.

Sophie Krustofsky: Look out! It’s a trap!
Nelson: I’m down, I need a revive!
Bart: Initiate tactical fall back.
Milhouse: Too late! Launch panicked fleeing mode.
Lisa: That’s a mode?
Nelson: You have to admit, it’s a well-constructed game… And, I’m dead.

Siblings and Sorcery Pt. 2

Squeaky Voice Attendant: It seems that the Evergreen Terrors are more like the Evergreen Errors.
Lisa: Just run the game, don’t editorialize!
Bart: Everyone, we can still do this. All you need is an inspiring speech from your leader. Plus a massive infusion of sugar.
Nelson: To the Buzz Cola Calorie Caboose!

Lisa: Who are you again?
Milhouse: No one makes unwanted awkward passes at Lisa except me!

Siblings and Sorcery Pt. 3

Milhouse: Bart, look! That’s the real Dash Dingo over there!
Dash Dingo: Good afternoon young men. Are you enjoying the competition?
Bart: I thought you were Australian.
Dash Dingo: I’m an actor. I’m an American dingo that plays an Australian dingo.
Make Milhouse Fanboy Over Dash Dingo- 4hrs
Collect H-Tokens- x200.
Nelson: Nerdhouse you made us lose!
Milhouse: I wasn’t going to win the McTrigger Quick Draw round anyway. We still have two chances left. Dash is so charming. I just got lost in his eyes.
Sophie Krustofsky: You’ve got some serious issues.
Milhouse: I have mild issues too. I have every kind of issue.

Siblings and Sorcery Pt. 4

Lisa: Great job, Nelson! Who knew you were such a great dancer.
Nelson: The music just takes me over.
Lisa: Sophie it’s up to you to get us to the finals. We sure can’t count on Leadfoot Bart.
Bart: Hey! I’m the leader, I do the dissing.
Make Bart Get Jealous- 4hrs
Make Sophie Carry the Team to the Finals- 4hrs

Lisa: *hugs Sophie* You were so amazing! I didn’t know you were such a beast?
Sophie Krustofsky: There’s a lot you don’t know about me. We should hang out more.
Bart: This is a video game team, not a social club. Please remember the point of video games: to *destroy* normal human interaction.

Siblings and Sorcery Pt. 5

Frink: All is lost! Hug your kids, kiss your glavins. We’re doomed!
Lisa: What happened?
Frink: Well, I created a storm on the island for dramatic effect, but someone has hijacked my machine. Now the storm is aimed at Springfield. Nothing is safe, not even the self-driving cars.
Nelson: If it’s a machine then we can break it!
Frink: Not that simple, I’m afraid. But you could navigate the code and hit the fail switch…
Bart: It’s like a bullet hell game but with actual stakes! Awesome!
Make Bart Save Springfield- 4hrs,
Collect H-Tokens- x400.
Frink: Your advanced reflexes and gaming prowess have saved us! If you’ll excuse me, I’m going to faint now. *passes out*
Report Card: Yes, very good, Bart. You won’t be so lucky next time.
Bart: Why are you out to get us?
Report Card: Because I am your next opponent in the most dangerous game there is: a video game.

Siblings and Sorcery Outro

Report Card: So, Detonator, it seems you are my prisoner.
The Detonator: You’ll never get away with this. I have friends in high places. The second floor of the tile store I work at.
Report Card: Silence! I, Booker T. Report will not tolerate any more disrespect. Let’s see Bart and his team beat me in the finals without an adult chaperone! I am the one thing no parent should see: a report card.
Make Report Card Laugh Maniacally- 4hrs

One response to “Game of Games: Week 3 Questline Siblings and Sorcery

  1. I 💜 the Week 3 / Act 3 Characters (including a Premium I spent sprinkles on) I obtained

I 💜 ‘d the funny dialogue (thank you writers!) 👍

I was so disappointed by the 3 crappy Decor Event Prizes (yes I’m being very vocal about this, but EA should catch these comments and understand back to back crappy Event Prizes doesn’t encourage Tapping for them – it makes you want to do something else!) 🤷🏼‍♀️

Zero expectations for tomorrow (July 4th), but a surprise Gil Deal would be nice 😉
