Just a reminder that the Game of Games Event Ends TOMORROW July 10th.
As far as questlines go, what’s happened in the past is that the current prize you’re working on (on any questline) you were able to finish. Once that current prize was completed then the questline disappeared.
This means that you will want to make that final push to gather up all the things you want from the Event before it goes with the Event.
As far as what is going to happen AFTER the Event… well, we can’t know… until it is over. Until then all we can do is speculate. So, patience. We all have to verify what happens after together.
But there’s a good chance you’ll see a mini event hit our games once this event is over…or Wednesday 🤷♀️, it’s EA so who the heck knows…
Now as far as to what is going with the Event, here is a brief rundown…
- Questlines linked directly to the progression of the Event will go. Like the Main Questlines that pulled you through all 4 Weeks.
- However, the questlines linked directly to the prizes and Premium Characters you’ve won will remain. (so General Splattin’, Stick Up Walrus etc)
- The event removal will likely require an app store update to fully remove it from your game. So don’t panic when the timer runs down and the event isn’t out of your game… It may require an app store update to remove everything.
I know some of you still try to push that last few minutes of the collection as far as you can. However, with the last few events EA has really shut off the ability to play on “borrowed time”. In other words, once the timer runs out the ability to collect prizes ends. So don’t count on getting any extra time with this one. Try to finish everything up before the timer runs out tomorrow morning.
So finish up those questlines, relax, and wait to see what EA has next in store for us.

This worked out great for me. Since I’ve been on vacation most of the time, it student require too much attention and I finished a day early. Love Dash Dingo.
1 hour 20 min left, and my last collection task still needs more than 2 hours to finish. Too much work the last couple weeks, no time for logging on every four hours.
Here’s hoping EA will let us finish the last Job, but won’t be sad if I don’t get the Arena. Doesn’t feel all that exciting a prize to me.
Flanders event coming next?
I’ve always finished events well before the end date so I’ve never been in this situation before. I’m currently collecting red crystals for the final prize (CoE Championship Arena)
What exactly will happen if I don’t finish? Will I still be able to earn red crystals to get the prize or will I have to use donuts to buy it?

Probably one of the better Events we are going to get this year
We got some nice Event Prizes to put in our Springfields
We got some that were 💩 getting stored
We got Premium Characters cheaply priced (compared to the past)
We also got a snafu from EA (Angelica Button w/Dungeon should’ve been generating Event Income each week like prior Bonus Premiums like it was presented for posting on TSTO Addicts)
We got some of the best writing this year in an Event (funny dialogue)
We also got EA at their l’EA’ziest (zero expectations, right?)
I thanked EA on Twitter for what was great
I heckled EA on Twitter when they needed a funny poke
Dash Dingo is cute, with a fun storyline. The storylines were extra good this time. I’m on my last prize thread so I hope I get enough time to finish. Happy summer, neighboureenos!!
After all the wait this has been disappointing to say the least. Was hoping that we had a new lease of life but it seems the game is dead
I enjoyed the dialog for this event. Many of the decorations weren’t all that exciting, but having an event again at all was definitely a plus.
Glad this event is over. There was nothing good to purchase with my donuts this event.
Stick Up Walrus was in my opinion was worth the donuts.

Same for any Premium Characters for 75 sprinkles (vs typical 100)
Who knows when they’re going to be added to the Mystery Box / Vault
Week two was kind of a dud and I would have liked Gil to show up but overall it was a good event with a good storyline.

For once I had the 🍩’s and missed having the Gil Deal, too
I really enjoyed the storyline for this event. With a 10 year old who plays so much Fortnite Battle Royale and being an ex-gamer myself it made me laugh. Prizes also fun. The reference to Brexit too!!! Oh my 👌🇬🇧
However… other than that woah! It was dull as dishwater. No interaction at all. 4 hours repetitive boredom. I don’t normally rush events but I forgot to log in SO much these last 4 weeks I found myself lagging quite literally and without the enthusiasm to even bother trying. 😑

At least this Event had some of the wittiest writing (to me)😅
My Galaxy S10 just had an update this a.m. and now my Simpsons tapped out game wont load. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still wont load. Any other Galaxy S10 users having this problem.

Same here. I was really excited when I saw the splash screen, and I was expecting some game interactions, maybe even some battles of a sort. This just felt like farming the whole way through. I prefer the older events that involved hunting for eggs or fighting with friends… just something that actually felt like more player involvement. This felt like a lot of build-up that simply led to more tapping…
Glad it’s over. I didn’t like anything about this event.

Yep, that’s what I said weeks ago. As Alissa mentioned it will only be a mini event anyway, so more downtime which we should be used to by now

Although I appreciated the update after 2 months of nothing from EA, this event has been a big “meh” from me. Zero challenge, stupid prizes and characters (other than Dash Dingo, and the big robot dude).
That’s why I prefer the regular event format with crafting, friend actions, etc.
I did like the event.. although I would have preferred that the Skins for Nelson and Bart were full characters….but overall the even was good…
Has anyone else on Android lost Play Store access to the game? I found out by accident when KEM farming that somehow, mine disconnected, and now it’s telling me I either didn’t accept the Play Store terms, I don’t have an account, or is not available in my country!

What device are you using? (ie I have a Motorola G7)
How much Ram / ROM? (ie I have 4gigs RAM, 64gigs ROM + 128gig micro SD card)

Although overal the prizes in this whole event were decent, i didn’t like the championship arena. First you get the giant indoor stage, then tou find out the arena is about the same size???
Fairly meh. I don’t like this format for “major” events. It’s nothing for that 4 mini evens back to back. Because there is no crafting, you can’t create any kind of themed area. Could be worse, but it could a lot better.
I really hope this isn’t the future. This game has opportunities for several good events and we are getting “meh”
Well, it’s never gonna be great for everyone. Crafting also can give you lots of items you don’t really like. No event will make everyone happy.
But the strang sizes of items annoys me more.
Thanks Alissa! I just completed Act 4, currently playing the act outro. I liked this event, but I’m ready for other things (which might as well be 2-3 weeks of lull, but what do we know? XD).
