Simpson Babies: Full Dialogue Week 1, The Younger Games

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

TSTO is back baby!  We’re FINALLY getting on, what feels like, a somewhat normal update schedule!  Praise Jebus! The theme of this multi-event?  Simpson Babies.  What will happen as our favorite yellow family gets Youthenized?  We’ll have to read the dialogue to find out…

Simpsons Babies follows the same event structure of the Multi-Events before it.  This event consists of 4 parts (or Acts), with each part lasting a week and taking us through a new part of the event!

For Act 1 we’re tasked with collecting Broken Toys!  Each part of the story will unlock another prize themed for the first part of the story. As we should all know by now, these multi-events lead to some phenomenal dialogue.  So let’s take a look at the full dialogue for week 1, in case you missed any of it by tappin’ too fast…

First, here’s the event overview, direct from EA:

Bart and Lisa are babysitting Maggie while the parents are out on a date. Maggie insists, non-verbally, that she won’t go to bed without a proper bedtime story. Bart and Lisa co-op tell Maggie a story in which the whole family gets converted into babies by the evil Baby Burns and his Youthenizer.
Will the babies overthrow Burns and revert the de-aging. And more importantly, will Bart and Lisa’s story appease a toddler?

And here’s the synopsis for Week 1, again direct from EA:

It’s date night for Marge and Homer, leaving Bart and Lisa home to babysit Maggie. After changing Maggie, Bart and Lisa decide they need to tell her a bedtime story to try to get her to sleep. A bedtime story with lots of babies!

While out on their date, Homer activates the Youthenizer, turning both him and Marge into baby version of themselves. Baby Marge and Homer go home to try to figure out how to reverse the effects of the Youthenizer, but being babies, they begin to revert and lose the ability to speak. Lisa finds one of Herb Powell’s baby translation devices which allows the kids to be able to understand the babies. Baby Homer explains that he wants to go to the house of his childhood, so Bart and Lisa take him to the Old Simpson Farm. However, when they get to the farm, Baby Homer has forgotten why he wanted to go there in the first place. With the baby translator, he can communicate, but his mental facilities are those
of an infant.

Bart and Lisa return to their house hoping that Marge will help them only to find Maggie and Baby Marge fighting over a pacifier that Marge bought for Maggie before being turned into a baby. The kids leave the babies to fight over the pacifier and run into Ned Flanders who has found the Youthenizer out on the curb. Lisa sets out to find out the origin of Youthenizer.

Now, on with the story!

Simpsons Babies Intro
Autostarts

Marge: Goodnight, kids! Your father and I are heading out for a romantic sandwich dinner.
Homer: Take good care of the third kid, what’s-her-name. Or is it the fourth? I lost count after zero.
Bart: Wait wait wait, you’re leaving us to babysit Maggie? We don’t know the first thing about–
SimpsonsDoor: *SLAM *
Lisa: Don’t panic! I’m sure she’ll fall asleep soon and we won’t have to do anything.
Maggie: *suck* *suck*
Bart: Suck suck? What’s that supposed to mean? And what smells like a double-stuffed diaper?
Bart And Lisa: Aaaaagh!
Lisa: PANIC!!!!
Make Lisa Attempt to Change Maggie’s Diaper- 6s, Earns $35, 1xp
Make Bart Claim He Lost the Use of His Arms-
6s, Earns $35, 1xp
Lisa: There, I changed her! We didn’t have any clean diapers, but I used a dog sweater that Santa’s Little Helper rarely wears in the summer months.
Maggie: *suck* *suck*
Lisa: She needs her bedtime story! But I used all the baby books as baby wipes, since we were out of dog sweaters.
Bart: Then we have no choice but to make up a thrilling tale of mystery and suspense that will instantly bore her to sleep.
Lisa: Agreed. And all the characters need to be babies. Everything needs to be baby-fied.
Bart: I prefer the term… “Youthenized”.
Maggie: *gasp* *suck*
Lisa: Once upon a time… there was a virtual world, swarming with babies!

The Younger Games Pt. 1
Autostarts

Marge: Mmm, this sandwich is delicious, Homie. You ordered it just the way I like it.
Homer: Ham and cheese, double bread. Eaten curbside. And to make the evening still more romantic, if that’s even possible, I brought along this smart speaker I found at the plant! We can listen to summer jams while we chew and cuddle.
Marge: Smart speaker? Why does it say “WARNING: YOUTHENIZER. NOT A SMART SPEAKER”?
Homer: Pfft. Typical smart speaker warning label. Let me just turn up the volume knob…
Marge: Why does it say “YOUTHENIZER ACTIVATOR. NOT A KNOB”?
Homer: *shrugs* That’s the knob’s business. *CLICK*
Youthenizer: BEGIN YOUTHENIZATION
Baby Homer: Goo-Goo! Doo-Doo! D’oh-D’oh!
Make Homer Get Youthenized- 4hrs
Make Marge Get Youthenized- 4hrs

Baby Marge: Homer, you baby-fied us! I’m not sure if we can even speak any more, let alone drive home!
Baby Homer: Listen to my words, Marge. I may have lost all command of language, but I can still drive like a champ. Bumper cars, bumper cars, smash smash smash!

The Younger Games Pt. 2
Autostarts

Lisa: Mom and Dad are home! I hear dad bumper-car-ing into the garage now.
Bart: Oh thank God, no more babysitting.
Baby Marge: Hi, kids! We’re home!
Baby Homer: And we’re babies now!
Bart: Grrr.
Lisa: How strange. We started telling Maggie a story about babies, then everyone actually turned into babies.
Bart: Wait, hold the phone! Is this really happening, or is it all just the story we’ve been telling Maggie?
Lisa: Nobody knows! Not even the writer of this update!
Bart: Damn him or her! I’ll just have to figure it out without their help. … …I failed to think or say anything.
Lisa: Somehow we need to reverse whatever happened. Mom, what do you remember?
Baby Marge: Well, you see– goo goo. Uh oh. I seem to be ga ga losing the ability to speak coherentgoo.
Lisa: Mom’s regressing!
Baby Homer: Homie want bottle! Bottle of Duff! Waaah!
Bart: And Dad’s no better than usual!
Lisa: We’ve got to find some way to communicate with them. It’s an emergency! If it’s actually happening.

Make Homer Regress Imperceptibly-

Baby Homer And Baby Marge: Goo-Boo-Woo-Woo.
Bart: Ugh, Mom and Dad are a couple of drooling idiots. And also they became babies.
Lisa: Wait, I’ve got it! We still have one of Herb Powell’s old baby translation devices. Let’s see if it still works after all these, uh… weeks. *CLICK*
Baby Homer: Daddy’s home! Daddy’s home!
Lisa: *gasp* It works, Bart! He’s saying he’s Daddy, and he’s home!
Bart: Wow! This means we can finally hear Maggie again too!
Maggie: *deep breath*
Lisa: Hold that thought, Maggie. I wonder if by “Daddy’s home”, he means he wants to go to his daddy’s home.
Baby Homer: Precisely so, Lisa. I thought it was clear, but evidently not. So allow me to reiterate: Daddy-waddie want make a go home-home! Forthwith!
Bart: That translator uses a weird algorithm.

The Younger Games Pt. 3
Autostarts

Baby Homer: Woohoo! You brought me home to my daddy’s old farm!
Bart: Yuh-huh, that’s exactly what we told you while we pushed your stroller into a thorn bush.
Lisa: Listen, Dad, this is very important. What turned you and Mom into babies?
Baby Homer: Honestly, I can’t remember. Thanks to this translator I can communicate clearly, but my mental and excremental abilities are those of an infant. Speaking of which, it’s time for my bedtime story.
Bart: No way, man! I’m okay with a story within a story, but a story-within-a-story-within-a-story is where I draw the line within a line!
Lisa: We’ll be back, Dad. Have fun careening around town in your stroller while we see what Mom remembers.
Make Lisa Be a Bad Babysitter- 4hrs
Collect Broken Toys- x100.

The Younger Games Pt. 4
Autostarts

Bart: Mom! Maggie! Stop fighting!
Baby Marge: *suck* *suck*
Bart: And give Maggie her pacifier back!
Baby Marge: It’s mine! I bought it for her back when I could still comprehend the concept of money.
Lisa: Yes, but you gave it to her. It’s hers now.
Baby Marge: But I can’t comprehend the concept of ownership either. So it’s mine!
Bart: *sigh* I don’t think she’s gonna be of any use either.
Lisa: Okay, Mom. You and Maggie have fun brawling while we’re away. But no stabbing each other with diaper pins above the neck!
Make Homer Do Dwunk Dwiving- 4hrs
Make Lisa Be an Appalling Babysitter- 4hrs
Collect Broken Toys- x100.

The Younger Games Pt. 5
Autostarts

Ned: Hi-dilly-ho, Baberinos! I was out hosing down the stoop with holy water when I found this peculiar device alongside a smashed baby stroller spattered with blood.
Lisa: What is it, a smart speaker?
Ned: That’s exactly what I thought! But it says right on the label it’s a “Youthenizer”, whatever the heck that is.
Bart: Wait, hold up! Dad’s stroller is spattered? Is he okay?!
Lisa: We’ll worry about that later! Right now, we need to solve the gripping mystery of… the “Youthenizer”.
Make Homer’s Fate Be Unknown- 4hrs
Make Lisa Be an Impossibly Bad Babysitter- 4hrs
Make Ned Hose Down the Stoop- 4hrs
Collect Broken Toys- x100.

  1. Character Dialogue definitely felt inspired by writers who became new parents. ☺️

I hope those who have been affected by a glitch involving their device and the TSTO Game App are finding solutions (thank you Alissa for posting pertinent information on how to seek help with EA). 🤔

Is it time for a new TSTO ADDICTS Banner? I think so (Toddler Patric, Alissa, Safi, Wookie – who else thinks we can have Toddler TSTO’s joining those real Tots in greeting Tappers). 😀

    Act 2 / Week 2 any minute now 🙂

    • Patric does our banners and he’s a bit pre-occupied with his wife’s surgery/recovery and prior to that he was pre-occupied with getting that bathroom remodel finished.
A nice generic summer banner is good for me, let him spend some time with his wife 🙂

  2. I finished Act 1 by Friday morning. I’m surprised it was so fast. Usually takes me till Sunday (I don’t rush with donuts).
